  1. Thanks a lot for your advice and support guys, I Got it corrected from Eugenix 2 months back, 1.> More new grafts were added in the horizontally placed 1st hair transplant 2.> 0.4-0.5 cmm hairline lowered with single hair grafts to remove the pluggy appearance. (old thick grafts were not removed instead new grafts were added as per doctors advice) 3.> Temples created to hide the thick hair grafts on corners. As of now I am in shedding phase will soon update with pics in strong lights in which dotted/bump lines (ridging also in some places)are seen from 1st hair transplant hopefully when new hairs comes those bumps and ridges will be hidden correct ? what do you think guys do let me know thanks a lot for your advice and support !! will keep sharing recent progress pics as well
  2. no worries wait for sometime another 6-7 months, hairs texture smooths out after 12 months, meanwhile also keep researching top doctors who can repair hairline, I have heard of Raymond Konior in US, do research properly then only proceed , I got mine corrected from India as i stay here waiting for my results in next 5-6 months
  3. how many months since you had transplant, it takes 12 months min to evaluate final result so do take your time and research deeply before going for 2nd repair transplant, no hurries, by current looks in pic yes i can see many multigrafts on hair line
  4. how many months is the result, also whats your distance from hairline to glabella ??
  5. after my 1st transplant I got same problem of small lined bumps and ridging in some places (the hairs were transplanted in lines to ) not sure if its cobblestoning, during my repair transplant hairline was lowered with soft single hairs on front waiting for the final result now due in 8-9 months from now , i will also explore micro-needling if it reduces the bumps lets see
  6. should have started minoxidil atleast early but once started it cannot be stopped as well, unfortunately allergic to finasteride so cant take it for more time , I also heard ketoconazole works not sure about it will try it soon, also shud have not done transplant without researching deep enough
  7. just saw ur post in activity feed now , saw ur after surgery pic the hairs are transplanted in lines without interlocking and randomization, in my case it created problems (may be because it was not implanted in depth or proper angles or was multigraft in front as well in my case) I did it from Navi-Mumbai family surgeon .. in my case these lines are visible under certain lighting conditions and people easily recognise these lined pattern.. and we cannot comb hair full backwards as well. i got it corrected recently but i m not sure how it will look now as i m also in shedding phase.. may be ur case is different i am not sure but will have to check results only after 10-12 months for proper evaluation.
  8. Neat Repair, Looking much better than before, does the cobblestoning still appear in heavy and different light settings, in front of sunlight shades ? Also was the hairline and temples were pushed down as well to cover-up the old bad hair transplant ?
  9. be very gentle in 1-2 days of head wash, scabs take some time 4-5 days to fully go, do check again in 4-5 days, also can you share high resolution post-op pics not sure but I think some thin doubles are usually placed behind single hair line zones of 3-5 layers (other members do correct me if i am wrong )
  10. Thanks a lot melvin will book an appointment with eugenix, which center will be good bombay or gurgaon also surgeons arika and pradeep correct ??
  11. I am from India, Bombay, the surgery was done by a family doctor dermatologist who used to treat my other skin problems
  12. Did 3330 FUE Hair transplant but not satisfied with frontal hairline and in some pictures, due to different light settings bumps are seen, I think its due to thick doubles on frontal hairline zone and the way in which grafts were placed in a straight line (4-6 layers visible) and not random pattern, would like to know if this can be fixed ( grafts re-arranged in random pattern + thin singles on frontal hairline) some doubts 1. Are the small bumps due to thick grafts or wrong direction, do usually people get this from the surgical needle used to create slits in recipient area. 2. Should I wait some more months to see if hair diameter or volume thickens, or the small bumps go away ?? 3. If Repair needed then punching out thick ones and replacing then with thin ones will that solve the issue ? or in addition to that a new hairline zone of 0.5 cm should be created with very thin singles (My distance of hairline center to glabella is 7 cm and i have a huge forehead as well). also temples are not required i guess in my case correct ??. 4. Are my hair angles looking good ??. 5. Left fronto-temporal angle looks ok, but right little one is blunted is that ok ?. 6. How much more scarring will be there in case of repair as my skin is scar sensitive, have keloids in some places but never had in face or head. 7. Can this be fixed properly as I may have a single attempt now. Also would like to suggest if repair or touch up needed which clinic in India will help me out properly. Do let me know your thoughts, advice & guidance which would help me a lot.. Have attached before surgery, during surgery and after 12 months pics as well..
