  1. I think ur previous doctor wont be able to fix because he wont be skilled to do it (its a risk to go to the same doctor), you might have 1 shot to fix this now so take your time, do research thoroughly, have a consultation with Good HT surgeons only recommended ones by this forum, also see the other cases results from this forum to pick up a good HT surgeon...
  2. any reasons why the medispa HT failed ??, I thought there we producing decent results, also could you share highquality post op pictures ? (you will have to take it directly from eugenixs cam-memory card i guess)
  3. this is looking way better dense hairs are now blocking the light which previously entered your scalp
  4. 3 months update (Late Post) The pics are from a specific angle and strong lights, from some other angles and lighting condition the bumped lines are not visible (same was the case after my 1st HT except the hairline was thick and straight too in that case) Little hairs growing here and there but I m still concerned whether the lined grafts from my previous transplant will be hidden by the new grafts only coming months will reveal The temples and the lowered hairline with thin single grafts are slightly coming up and are framing the face properly as of now Only concern is the light entering the hairs and lined bumps now lets see how it goes !!! Finasteride is giving me heavy rashes in body and itching, so stopped as of now, have started topical minoxidil, planning to experiment with oral minoxidil now or very low doses of finasteride again.. Do let me know your thoughts guys !!! Thanks a lot for your help, support and guidance
  5. these bumps are always tricky and nasty unfortunately, do meet a reputed HT surgeon in US i think konior is good, or any other good ones recommended by this forum, I also had minor bumps (do see my case ) but still not sure is it because of thick grafts or cobblestoning for me doctor said it was not cobblestoning, in your case I can see single grafts but then also bumps are there, from what i have heard it can be hidden using properly placed grafts around it (this was done in my case), I m currently on 3.5 months after my repair HT but still in certain lighting conditions i can see small lined bumps lets see if it improves in coming months In your case are these bumps visible in all lighting conditions and angle or only from a particular angle or lighting condition ??
  6. I meant the temporal angles like this marked in red, when we pull the hair up this angle is visible in most of the natural hairlines
  7. May i know why the fronto-temporal angles are not looking sharp in post-op pics
  8. can you share your after surgery pics as well, yes bumps are visible it may be cobblestoning have you shown it to any other reputed surgeons ??
  9. try using minoxidil only for a few more months + some PRP sessions, take ur time there is no hurry you are just 28, because if u are considering HT then you better do it in a correct way from a proper experienced surgeon , not in hurry, because correcting it is more headache, I got it done from my own family doctor but it was a mess and again i had to go for repair so you got only 1 shot take your time do thorough research in this forum see and read other cases, see the hairlines
  10. do you need a hair transplant at this stage ??, have you tried using any medications to strengthen ur hair first, also in India there are hardly 1 or 2 clinics who can do proper hairline transplant so do your research properly and take your time !!!
  11. yes i can see some thick multi grafts in hairline, also the hair direction and angle looks straight upwards, the hairline hairs shud match temple hairs (transition from temple to hairline shud be seamless and soft), do wait for 12 months for full analysis then only we can conclude final results
  12. in the picture with strong lights there are very small tint dots on hairline and temple points, is it normal in HTs for everyone not sure if i m having too as its still 3 months for me , side view images are looking good also ur 6 months hairline and temple looks good is it because of less lighting, also i would like to know if there are only very thin singles in hairline and temple points starting section of 0.3-0.5mm..
  13. Aldo share good quality pictures of after transplant if possible for proper analysis on what went wrong
  14. can you please share high quality photos of ur hairline and temples, also how much is ur height of hairline to glabella in cms because if its more and if you have a good donor then soft hairs with proper angles can be added in front in my case my hairline was lowered 0.4 to 0.5 mm with soft hairs to cover the bad hairs on front from previous transplant as of now i m still awaiting for my final results as i m just 2.5 months growth now punching out grafts i think can be done by very skilled surgeons, i have no idea of electrolysis and it will destroy the hairs i guess
  15. I can see the hairs are transplanted in lines no interlocking, could you pull up the hairs in hairline so that hairline is clearly visible, the problem here is light enters the scalp in such patterns and lines are visible my first hair transplant was done in lined pattern because of which in harsh lighting the patterns are visible and unatural.
  16. I have thought about surgeons creating this hairline which is present in some males naturally but problem is Majority of adult males have fronto-temporal angles, while doing transplant even if its a single point and it acts in support of something looking normal it will help because human eyes are so powerful they will sub-consciously look to distinguish abnormalities from normality, the reason why good surgeons always create fronto-temporal angles as it will add up a point of many other points which are needed for natural normality..
  17. Thanks waiting for the new hairs to grow as i m in shedding phase again , hopefully it will hide the previous bad work.. no option but to wait for next few months
  18. Yes all different combination of Lighting (eg sunlight, led bulbs, harsh, mild, low etc ) and all the possible combination of different angles at which other human eyes and our own eyes look at the scalp, Lighting + different viewing angles + different hair styles.. for me the dotted lined bumps (from 1 st hair transplant ) are clearly visible in different real life lighting scenarios as light entered my scalp easily whereas in some photos it looks perfectly fine but in some lighting conditions people can easily find the mistake as human eyes are very powerful
  19. It looks really bad and is a poor design , Do see my case the light enters scalp and rows are clearly visible along with bumps, if we have existing hairs then only row implantaton may not show up but if there are no hairs it looks unnatural as natural hairs are random and interlocked , i recently corrected it 2 months before still it haunts me because the lined bumps are visible now currently i m in shedding phase only coming months will let me know if the newly implanted hairs from my 2nd repair transplant created randomness and bumped lines are gone do check out
  20. your hairline height is not looking that low, Its looking good as of now, do wait for atleast 12 months to evaluate final results, crown can be covered by combing front or mid-scalp hair backwards, also by using medicines (finax or minoxidil or multivitamins), crown gets covered sometimes, do wait for the hairs to grow first and see how it looks because lasers and electrolysis is tricky and i think the grafts are destroyed and cannot be re-used in electrolysis and lasers wait and research more before proceeding quickly again...
  21. I can see many multigrafts in hairline when hair is lifted up, also some tenting i guess in lighting
