  1. in for results do you know if wong knows about verteporfin? if that stuff really helps with scaring id definitely consider the fut route
  2. i could imagine finasterid in puberty could maybe have an effect on voice though but after this i cant imagine (you could research if people born without 5 alpha reductase have high or deep voices in adulthood…they are called güevedoce another examples would be enuchs. in europe there was a time where they castrated little boys in order to keep their voice high. they had to do it before puberty before larynx started to grow. once pubery kicked in it would have been too late bc the larynx wouldnt shrink even after castration https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Castrato
  3. pitella and eugenix are the goat when it comes to norwood 6 with not so good donor it seems. zarevs patient tend to have very good donors really curious how the one from the op or this turns out. it seems impossible tbh
  4. i dont think its that easy. think of male to female transgenders. i talked to one once and the voice was really telling. and those people talk way more then just finasterid. the voice is determined by the larynx and that organ would have to shrink again which is not possible with medication afaik
  5. apparently the after pics are 2 years after? i see many miniaturized hairs in the before. it could be that the patients didnt take any meds or the meds didnt work for him so it could be possible quite a lot of untransplanted hairs in that region went south in that timespane. that wouldnt be the fault of the surgeon though looks like the patient has rather fine hair too. would be interesting to know the exact number
  6. isnt bisanga prescribing oral minox? in case you are too concerned to start with fin
  7. did you make a thread about your minox experience? how mg are you taking? could you microdose it like finasteride? any sideeffects like puffy eyes? what would happen if you stop? accelerate loss? would be extremely interesting to read. or a good video/podcast idea tbh i start to think atm we do it the wrong (oral finasteride, topical minox) and the right way would be topical androgen and oral minox
  8. @Gatchptif it really works you wont stop this train. if its possible it will be done. if not dr b then someone else. 🥲
  9. if people are willing to pay it i dont see anything wrong with it. maybe he has many patients from the usa im suprised couto and zarev arent there yet.
  10. what are the cons except that you cannot cut your hair that short? is there a higher risk for complication? thank you so much
  11. which brand of fin gave you gyno? which one did you use before that?
  12. if a surgeons offers hairtransplant without or very reducing scaring many people will go to him. especially for people like bloxham and other fut surgeons that would be very interesting.
  13. „Sherecommended FUT over FUE as fine hairs are harder to harvest using FUE “ is this true?
  14. why are there so many hair surgeons in belgium ferudini is there too right? im curious
  15. oh thanks for the clarification. well that surely sounds expensive given the price and the lack of supply i kinda get now why no other ht surgeon is really trying it. maybe they could come forward to b&l to get it sponsored lol now that i think about this sentence: “VISUDYNE is a registered trademark of Cheplapharm Arzneimittel GmbH used under license. “ im not a nativ speaker but maybe it could mean cheplapharn owns the right of the medication but kinda rent it out to to bausch lombach?
