  1. I take it 0.2-0.5mg every other day, or twice a week if I forget sometimes. It has had the opposite effect on me where my libido is actually increased the day I take them. I read that this is because there’s more free testosterone circulating instead of being converted to DHT. No clue Thing is libido changes around your life/diet/day to day stuff. Sometimes it’s at peak, other times you’re preoccupied with other stuff that it doesn’t matter. Also sexuality/sexual performance is something that’s very easily influenced since it’s all psychological which is why I avoid threads like these to avoid giving me a nocebo effect. I only read it to share my experience. I actually like it since it allows me to last a lot longer and calm down a bit 😂 The imaginations are also a lot more vivid for some reason when I am alone. Sorry if this is too much information but yeah I would check if you’re just having a nocebo effect because you read something online. We don’t really think about our bodies that much and when we do notice something, it feels out of ordinary when it’s always been like that unnoticed
  2. I have used them and they are a scam!. Total waste of money and time. I don’t know if it grew anymore hairs or stabilised my hair loss, I could’ve just been going through a placebo effect since I was sold on them. Even if they worked, the results are so insignificant. It’s the same as expecting Finasteride to regrow your hair, that’s not happening. Stop hairloss but will not regrow. My biggest regret is not getting on fin sooner, damn all these people with their fearmongering. I still would have a head full of hair. I have actually gotten more horny with fin
  3. In Turkey, so far I have only seen good results from Dr Bicer. Mattdominance youtuber have been to HLC which is also good but few results here that are average, not butchered but average or kinda bad. Also just about everyone praises demirsoy, Pekiner and Keser. The other doctors mentioned are more expensive it seems but if they’re in range, definitely go for them. I personally wish to go to Bisinga, money’s not an issue but getting a visa is (I live in a crap country) so I am probably going to end up in Turkey with Bicer or HLC since they do body hair transplants and I think I will need it.
  4. I hate doctors who dismiss the patient’s concerns as bullcrap and instead give their nonsense opinions on how a patient should live or behave. They’re pretty common in poor countries, surprised to see this phenomenon in a country like Aus too. We pay for their medical opinions not their opinions as human beings on life - there’s a difference. Anyway seems like you would be able to get good regrowth and halt further hairloss with the big 3 - min, fin and ketaconazole where a transplant might not even be needed. I think you can order both Nizoral and Minoxidil online, not sure about Finasteride except in topical solutions
  5. Clearly you’re unaware of the drug history and how drugs get made and brought to the market. If there’s some fault with the study(s), point them out. But you obviously can’t 😂 We both know your level of knowledge here. Anyway, I thought the person was naive and didn’t know the dangerous toxicity of the drug but clearly they could care less and so this discussion has reached its conclusion I believe
  6. Check this https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/3191000/ https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7203570/ that’s for topical which has less absorption systemically and considered much safer. Orally the effects are much worse. Check Kevin manns video on it I am not saying stop it topically but I wouldn’t take it orally. Especially when there’s no special benefit to taking it orally but the side effects are guaranteed. as for finasteride, it is a much safer drug people taking it for decades. The side effects are much more noticeable since they are sexual and you block sex hormone but with low doses, its much better. Ashton Kutcher took dutasteride for a decade, stopped, has kids etc.
  7. Correct. Stay away. The heart damage is cumulative that is it adds up as you grow older and your heart isn’t getting renewed and I think there was a study where they showed even if you don’t feel anything, the heart rate/tachycardia happens. You can search yourself, minoxidil is too toxic and dropped from practice for heart conditions only used as a last resort. As a topical, it’s somewhat OK but still I can’t imagine the damage it could be doing from the amount being absorbed. But to take it orally? 😳 I find it insane people are using it orally so much these days. Heart disease is number one killer
  8. Man, the question is does density matter? What I mean is this, I had diffuse thinning which got worse like 5 years back and after a shower, it looked see through. Sometimes it looked see through dry in sun too BUT nobody called me bald and it never affected my social life. One girl was literally throwing herself at me, I could attract girls I liked, get eye contact constantly etc. Now I am a nw5 or 6 I think and it has severely impacted my social life, I haven’t accepted my hairloss since it happened so fast so I still behave the same as I did before but it’s astonishing how differently the world treats you. Girls avoid eye contact or there’s just no attraction from them or sexual tension, it’s like climbing a mountain to reach attraction that you would get without any effort before, people used to be a lot nicer and friendly. Yeah, I am generalising a lot but look the effect is very real. So if a hair transplant can give you what Melvin or others has, it’s done it’s job beautifully!. I feel the people who obsess over little things like see through in wet or how hairs look in hairline are the same kind of people who destroy their natural looks by getting lips filled, butt implants etc but to them they have severe defects and obsessed with it. Point is nobody cares as long as you aren’t bald. Even some nw0 you can see through their skin in wet conditions because it’s just some people have naturally less density/thinner hair.
