  1. The bandages are only placed on the donor site. Anything placed on the transplanted site in the first few days can cause the grafts to dislodge.

  6. I don't see anything about long-term effects. I have read reports of users on reddit saying they've gotten similar side effects as finasteride (loss of libido, ED etc.). Saw palmetto is very weak compared to finasteride tho so I expect this is very rare.

  9. most surgeons advise not to wear any kind of hat for at least 4-5 days because they can easily disrupt the grafts.

  11. No but the number of grafts will be limited to avoid the back of your head looking thin and moth-eaten. SMP can be used to fill the gaps and make it look better.
