    Hi Benny

With the loss you originally had 2000 grafts would be nowhere near enough you was always going to require another HT even if you never lossed any native hair. Just wondering as im sure saifi advised you why you didnt go for strip as it would have yielded lot more grafts and be cheaper its also a good starting off point as in you know you will need 2nd or 3rd HT. I started with similar loss to yours (prob worse) i had strip 2800 grafts 5 years ago, 14 months after 1100 FUE, and a month ago 1400 grafts FUE im also from ireland,  Have you spoken with Saifi what does he reccomend doing next ? He does discounts on returning patients as well dont forget. He is good surgeon and you can be guranteed your in safe hands the jury is out on is he too conservative i mean is it a bad thing ? Frustrating i know but that said donor is limited supply and hair loss is progressive.

What do you mean cheaper? Saifi FUT/FUE prices are the same

For those who said bad things about Serkan, can you provide more proof?  This clinic does a bad job?

How are they compared to all other clinic's in Turkey that do the HT for around same price?

A group of 3 of us are planning to go to Turkey soon to do HT, and was wondering what clinic would be best for a really good outcome, natural hairline, etc?  We were thinking to go to Dr. Serkan.  Anyone has any bad experience?

This forum is known for bashing these kind of clinics, however in my country many people went to Serkan including celebrities and they all got great results. Look at one of the threads where guy paid 10k and got completely distaster from a Dr in UK, so higher price doesnt always mean better quality

  3.

Anyone tried using this product? David DiMuzio claims people wouldn't even notice he had HT after couple of days because the redness went away. What are your thoughts on this product? Also he said he didnt use any antibiotics post surgery because this thing is more potent than bleach and completely natural

You already used almost 5.000 grafts, a poor pick would make your donor look overharvested. i suggest you look for doctors that are good in repair or are capable with working with harvested donor in order to preserve your donor look.

To begin with, having a high NW from 5-7, you actually need more than 6.000 grafts for a normal HT look, which is still somewhat see through.

I don't think his donor will look overharvested if he had FUT.
    OP please provide pic

If you ever buzz your hair down I'd take FUE scars over that FUT Joker smile any day of the week 🤣

The problem is that you cannot actually "buzz" the hair in the back without FUE scars showing. The reality is that these people shave their heads, see thousands of dots  often overlapping each other and causing the appearance of small strip scars

  6. The most perfect procedure known today is FUT. If you want the best growth with the least amount of scarring with the best chance for thick results it's the FUT procedure hands down. Any ethical doctor would tell you that for a number of reasons:

    1. Grafts harvested via FUE do not grow as well as from FUT so your results will not be as good.

    2. Your donor area will be thinned out far more than FUT

    3. You will have fewer grafts available for the future than FUT.

    4. You will have visible scars that look like a gang of crazed moths attacked you.

    5. An FUT scar is over 10 times less than FUE scarring for the same number of grafts.
