@SoSoz Smp will look good if you will keep buzz cut...yeh it may shine in direct sunlight...and yeh keep the hairline very conservative as you have high level of baldness and whenever you plan your ht you have to keep your hairline high so right nw with smp keep it high so that it can be easily concealed during HT

    did you get smp?

  2. I am hesitating getting smp. I have couple of questions.

How obvious it is? Do the smp spots shine and make it look unnatural?

will the smp blend in with my other hair? I only want to get smp on my bald spots in front (picture below).

Should I get less aggressive form of hairline if I want to consider a HT in the future if I don't like the smp look?

This is how I looked after I buzzed my hair, but I hate the middle part of hair on my head. I don't really care about it in real life, but it looks bad on pictures.

  3. When I started to use topical minoxidil I noticed something strange. Sometimes during the day, I get chest discomfort, when I take deep breaths I kinda feel pain near my heart, when I wake up I get random heartaches that last couple of seconds, or during the day. I've not experienced this before starting minox. When I stopped it the side effects subsided. Is this possible that topical minoxidil can cause this? I heard that there is no chance it will get to your bloodstream. Should I continue taking it and hope the side effects will disappear?

    Hi all.

Has any one any experience with dutasteride mesotherapy?

Aware many people are using topical dut these days. But given there are so few studies on topical dut, and there are probably afew more on dut meso...has anyone tried it?

It would seem you can reduce drug exposure massively. As some routines seem to be 0.1mg injected just once a month.

don't go to regular derms, they don't know sh*t about hair loss

  5. Can anyone translate this?

    btw there is one comment

SAMiRNA technology crosses the blood-brain barrier. This means that Cosmerna's siRNA can inhibit the expression of androgen receptors in the brain. The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety's request to supplement safety verification for systemic circulation was eventually rejected.

Yes, there is a possibility, but it seems to have overcome it to some extent because it is topical, but I could not figure out the companion situation. I just made this video to understand the effect of this technique on reducing hair loss.
