I've tried finasteride 0.25mg 3x a week and it gave me sexual side effects which got me really scared, after getting off all went back to normal. However I do not want to give up on my hairs. I haven't tried topical because I don't know where to get it. Should I continue trying oral fin or try to get topical version? Not looking to get on minoxidil since it's only temporary solution. I need something for years. Or it's better to let it all go and do a big transplant in future?

Nope, he said he is going to start xyon soon and recently started oral minox.

Look at Melvin, the mod on this forum, he didnt take finasteride and have great hair. You just need to make sure you have enough donor for future procedures. Also I dont see a point in taking fin while being nw6/7. 

How's donor looking? Are you planning on adding more density in the future? I think the recent pics look really good compared to before

So there's a ht clinic in my country where they do dut mesotherapy. Basically injections of dut into scalp but it costs 200 euro and has to be repeated every 3 months. What do you guys think?

Bisanga, I seen 4k grafts taken out by him and the donor looked untouched.

For me it was after second pill. I quited asap. My man part wouldn't work at all.

Some surgeons split the surgery into two days. Is it safe for patient to have so much local anasthesia?

@im_not_a_robot I wanted to do surgery with Dr Saifi, but now I am afraid that I will not have enough density. I have bald spots to cover on my hairline, and he estimated 2200 grafts for this

Are all the meds post surgery necessary? Are there any alternatives in liquid form for a person that has swallowing pills problems? No matter what I can't swallow bigger pills, is surgery not possible for me because of this?

Saifi is the one that trained lot of surgeons on this forum, but seeing from a lot of posts on his forum his hairlines lack density a lot
