Thanks Mate. Good decision of staying in UK with Dr Mani and best to avoid third world countries for HT procedures.
lol you're delusional if you think you would've gotten better result by doing HT in UK

Are there any official responses? Reddit could be hit or miss with information.
Apparently won't be available for sale in South Korea, not sure about EU.

From what I've read on reddit this didn't get approved in south korea and it probably wont be released

also want to add whenever I pull hair on my sides which are affected with low force they easily come out

It looks like Im having retrograde alopecia on my nape area and sides. Will this exclude me from potential HT in the future? Because I am currently on finasteride second week, and not sure if there is point continuing taking it, if I wont have possibility to have a HT because of retrograde alopecia. Any advice?

No point going to Bisanga if you are not on meds, he will just tell you that you need to be on meds 😆
-
Not sure why you been rejected if you haven't lost any hair for the past 2 years while on meds. I think for Bisanga everyone has thinning above ears and nape, he said same thing to me..

I watched latest HRN podcast with Dr Sergio Vano and he mentioned finasteride every other month that there was study comparing finasteride daily 1mg vs finasteride 1mg EOM, and that the maintenance therapy was almost the same effectiveness. Anyone has tried this approach? Would this not cause some dangerous fluctuations in hormone levels?

I got sides until I really put aside the fear. And that is super hard with all the scare campaigns. Once I managed to really get rid of the fear I had no sides and I have had no sides since, but it is really hard to truly ditch those fears. It took me about 6 weeks.
I had "sides" after 0.25mg at start after reading all the fear mongering. Now im on 1mg a day for a week without any sides.

I don't think its fully needle free. After the needle free injections you will get standard injections

Have you tried at least growing the hair out? You got a good response and might not even need a HT.

So these before and afters are only using Nizoral?
Yes, the mid section looks nice but crown still thinning. I hope I can recover with finasteride

btw 5 month difference, niz shampoo once or twice a week, was on fin for only week

I came to conclusion I still got a lot of hair to save. I am starting it again, not going to give up, posting to compare after 3 months.

Sorry but no, your donor looks depleted

I think the benefit is marginal and the risk is greater. If you’re doing fine with this dosage stick to it.
Do you think it's okay getting hair transplant after 3 months of continued use of finasteride, or it should be around 6-9 months?
-
I've started again with oral finasteride 0.5mg dose and I am not seeing any side effects, should I up the dose to 1mg or continue with 0.5mg? Am I losing much benefits if I don't use 1mg?
-
Is there still point using finasteride when cosmerna will be coming out this year?

Did their service improve? I remember people were having issue ordering products of their site

I recently saw a youtube video of a NW7 who got a bit more than 5k grafts with 35cm2 and it looked incredible.
Edit: here is the video
and people say you need ar least 8-9k grafts to cover a nw7

People get only higher libido after starting fin but that lasts very short because of sudden spike in test. After you'll have trouble maintaining erection, and that definitely can make you less attractive to women, or even ruin relationship

oral minoxidil to strengthen my donor, after which he may reconsider me for a transplant.
hm, so basically you'll have to take it for rest of your life to not lose donor hairs based on minoxidil?

Because FUE was too new and most doctors had more experience with FUT for large sessions. I was promised hair on the top of my head and a thin scar at the back of my head (not until my temples as he did). None of these promises were kept.
What did you expect? It looks like you stopped any preventive medication

As in title, anyone had a transplant with donor density of 60-65 cm^2? What were your results, is this considered very low? Will this leave donor look botched even after 3k grafts?
I've had consultation with Dr Bisanga and he said I have 63grafts per cm2 and that it is below average.
Does my donor look over harvested?
