  1. Thank you. I assumed H&W was different but didn’t know if they had switched their focus on things since fut isn’t as common in their clinic anymore. I mean all 3 are world class. I will try to consult with all. H&W I think doesn’t take people under 28 so at 26 I probably won’t even be considered. I like dense results really and people that can use less grafts and make more coverage. Like a Konior but I don’t have that kind of money lol. Hattingen I have been impressed with but they haven’t gotten back to me and I don’t think they are keen on taking younger patients which I totally respect. I just don’t want to go to a clinic that does a transplant and leaves minimal density. Of course ultra dense isn’t what I want but sometimes hairlines are still somewhat see through at some clinics. So didn’t know which of these would be best with dense hairlines and evaluating scalp for lifetime grafts
  2. I am not very informed on them so just curious if you think differ from me. It seems that I’ve seen H&W are still very active in hair transplants but also focused on Xyon. Is the quality still the same? Feriduni seems to do amazing repairs but are his hairlines that dense? Does he use more grafts to get a result that doesn’t seem dense? Hattingen has incredible fut results they don’t seem keen on fue but are their fue as good as fut? I am just asking because I am not knowledgeable and you seem incredibly knowledgeable. Ideally I’d not like fut because I scar poorly but I love docs that account for future loss and seem to fill in the holes but also fill in areas that have hair to ensure even throughout. I also like fairly mature hairlines but very dense
  3. Any between those three that you think have the best hairline?
  4. Your scar looks good. Do you usually have great healing abilities or are you prone to scarring? Either way I have a feeling this will be a homerun. Also since they have the strip higher it leaves very good fue hair available. I’d say another 3-4K if ever needed
  5. Where can one land an oral minox prescription?
  6. But hasn’t both wong and Hasson kind of focused on other things? Is the quality still the same from them?
  7. Do you know what density Dr Pittella uses? His cases always look so dense. I’d guess 55-65 sq cm2 range
  8. I mean we of course have a great idea how awesome this result will be but OP I beg of you to post results all the way through the year. Lol so many people on here go ghost and I’d love to see this end result. I think it will be one of the better results on the forum and will also add to Dr Pittella’s incredible portfolio of results!
  9. Who in everyone’s personal opinion is the best on cases where the patient is nw3 but could go to nw5 range? I guess like best at getting the most out of the scalp for down the line need for more grafts?
  10. I firmly agree. I just didn’t know if Hasson is backing away does that means cases through H&W(especially recent fue tendency) have also gone down? Feriduni interests me for fue because his cases seem dense packed but most people don’t bring him up unless it is a repair case which I at this time would not be. Hattingen has some stellar cases but fut is a massive undertaking so didn’t know if they are still world class with fue cases as well?
  11. I was curious what the general consensus was on H&W, Feriduni, and Hattingen? They are all recommended so I know they are quality but what exactly do they specialize in? Other than repairs are they all on the same playing field for normal Nw3-7 cases? Does one seem to have better density or better low norwoods than the rest?
  12. Thank you. I firmly agree with your comments. I do take finasteride daily. I’m considering oral minox because topical gives me massive acne in my scalp. Other than that was just curious how much if any benefit Red Light or PrP would give.
  13. Awesome happy growing and thanks for the responses. He is 4 dollars a graft correct?
  14. Any chance you have pre op pics of hair longer? Also preop longer donor?
  15. I agree 100%. Him and Zarev seem to have that ability. The difference is Zarev is a more mysterious doctor in a way in which not much is out there on him. I’ve spoken to Dr Pittella and he is one of the nicest/humblest/ethical doctors I’ve ever spoken too. I didn’t ask him how he does it but for how often he is on this site and on social media showing techniques, etc I have a feeling he is doing it the right way. But thanks for bringing up Hattingen. I’m researching them more now and wow. They seem to be one of the best. I just don’t like fut so that doesn’t worry me how fue is for them
  16. Oh so you think Pittella is getting hair from out of safe zone? Pittella cases are some of the best in the world the only thing is on lower Norwood cases will those patients still have grafts available? I’ve seen Norwood 4s use 6200 grafts. If they go Norwood 5-6 will they even have another 1000 to get? Maybe he is like Zarev and they just understand how to get the most out of the scalp
  17. Interesting. The thing that sucks is they seem very good I’m fut but not big in fue. And fut is so dependent on scarring ability and long hair. Do you think they get the most out of grafts like a Zarev? More grafts than normal type ordeal.
  18. What did Dr say about your donor? We have similar donors so didn’t know if yours was considered good or average
  19. Awesome. Did he take as much as he could or did Dr P say you have more in case of touch up? All looks good. Does Dr do the entire procedure?
  20. Anyone heard of hair tree India? I’ve heard they are decent but not certain
