  1. Hello, i am going to do another surgery definitely. Yes, they look for softer hair, but they are not implanting baby hair like in natural temple points, so the result is not 100% natural. I agree that now temples look little off, because they are cutted too short. You can see my other updates, when i had longer temple points, it looked more natural.
  2. This is already skinfade, cutting temples shorter will make them look worse. Electrolysis will harm ilusssion of density. I cutted temporal hair short (5mm) and i expected that they will look worse. My barber says "it's the shortest i recommend, because if we cut them more, there will be dots visible". So the best option is what i always said, if you make temple points HT, you have to grow them longer to look best. I only cutted them to confirm this. Many people don't understand that you have to grow temporal peaks longer to look good. You can check my previous updates and see what they look like when growing longer. Personally, i prefer hairstyles without big skinfade, so long temporal hair is ok for me. Take a look at my previous posts : https://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/topic/66820-eugenix-3514-grafts-720-on-the-temples-may-2022-dr-priyadarshini-das/?do=findComment&comment=708303 Combing hair forward is not an option now. I need 2nd HT for midscalp and crown.
  3. Well, i wouldn't go to Dr Bhatti for HT, thats for sure. However in many videos he speaks with sense and that's different topic. He can be right that there is no such thing as anagen desynchronsiation. I will know in few months if this is a myth 😅 Happy growing then, i am waiting for your updates In my prevoious update, i didn't wear the headband, so not always. I wear it when i don't want tou use products like hair spray or other products that provide hold. Here i made some comparision. Maybe on the right it is different hairstyle, because it's slickback, but remember that before procedure there was no hair to slick back 🤣
  4. 13.5 months update It's pretty hot in Poland now, over 30 degrees during a day. So i go outside, get sweaty and hair are in trouble, specially when there is no product in them like on pictures below. I really wish i got some grafts in lateral humps area, it would be like night and day. For people that say i focus on negative things - Guys i am presenting reality of my HT, i am not unhappy, i wasn't botched. Things are still far better then before HT. Neverthless, there are some issues that need to be adressed in next procedure. Ok, so later this day i used some sea salt spray, i use it often because it does great job holding hair and adding some volume. Btw, i cutted sides the shortest since the time of surgery. What do you guys thing about temples? Personally i like them better when they grow longer like in previous updates.
  5. Well, i wrote that im 99% sure, so it was stated nearly as a fact I don't think "fabrication" is correct word. Fabrication is on purpose and no because of bad judgment, false belief, mistake etc. And i just did mistake, so in the end it was this 1% 😅 Anyway, i think that there was no good way to handle it. Even if i asked "Did you use fibers?", it would be sort of accusation. It would be less harsh, but still dirty. I think the best option was to ask you about this matter on private message. At least it ended this way, that you presented more pictures that explained this situation and now everybody understands that there was no fibers.
  6. Yes, but the question is what is your plan for styling the sides. I am asking because for example Captain Haddock tried the skin fade after his HT and it didn't turned good for him. Personally i think that barber could handle this better, because left temple was cutted to short in his situation. For some reason left temple is often weaker in Eugenix cases. Anyway, i think that after HT on temporal peaks, skin fade can work, providing that temple peaks won't be cutted too short. Captain Haddock's example : https://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/topic/58556-frontal-nw2-restoration-eugenix-m-26-december-10th/?do=findComment&comment=634369
  7. Well, if i saw the same mistakes that were made in my case, i discussed this. But here i wasn't talking "about myself". Not everything is about me 🤣Funny thing, that recently i was acussed of being Eugenix lover on polish forum. So the bottom line is that "Argumentum ad personam" is commonly used in discussion. I had procedure in Eugenix and when i talk about this clinic people will use this and call me "Eugenix hater" or "Eugenix lover", depending on circumstances. But in fact, i am neither of them. I had procedure, there were some mistakes, but i am propably more happy then you after your 1st HT. I don't know why you want to label me as "unhappy" patient. Life is not black and white, there are shades of grey too. Maybe this time (2nd warning) member (Ethan) told me to stop and i continued, but regarding 1st warning, it was you that was deleting my posts and told me to stop. And member of that journey later thanked me for my input, so in contrast to your warning, it's hilarious. You have bad attitude towards me, it is easy to see, just read your posts about me. But we are talking again about me, so maybe just stop, because it is not my thread 😆
  8. Do you want me to get permaban? 😆 It's good that they adressed urgent areas like lateral humps and crown. The temporal peaks? Risky, because of future possible balding. Transplanted temporal peaks look best when they grow longer (speaking from my experience). So i don't know what the plan is. To grow hair on the sides longer just like before this HT? With skin fade, skilled barber will be needed, HT temples shouldn't be cutted with guard 0 (opinion of my barber).
  9. I got banned for my last post for a week and I'm step away from getting a permanent ban if i continue to post "negativity" in others people reviews. Let me at least explain myself. When i saw your photos that you presented before 2nd HT, i was really surprised about the state of lateral humps area. I just couldn't belive that the change comes only from different angle or lighting. I noticed that color in humps is different and i made in my head this theory about fibers. And then i became too sure of it and started being too accusatory, for which i am sorry. Actually, this photo explains everyting to me. If you published it before, i would better understand this situation . In this photo hair weren't combed, they were more chaotic and problem at lateral humps is easily visible. On this photo hair were combed and it provided fuller look on humps. But you needed HT in this area anyway back then. So to sum up, i don't think you used fibers. Though i think you could post photos that revealed more weaknesses back then. However to be honest, at beginning of my journey i posted more flattering photos too. So that is my explanation, I won't be posting much in other's people jorneys anymore, since Melvin is only waiting for my next "negative" opinion, so he can give me permaban. It feels a bit like elementary school here and Melvin is like a teacher picking on me. But I'm an adult now, so I just leave the classroom
  10. Ok so this photos are from the same time and have the same haircut : picture 1: picture 2: But still 1st photo has normal color of hair, and 2nd photo has weird color, lighting looks pretty the same on both pictures. Am i the only one who sees this? 😅 I don't know what you were using or how you styled your hair, but you achieved the most flattering result. You didn't post picture 1 in that time, but picture 2. You had picture 1, it looked less flattering and you decided not to post it back then. Now you posted it and we see the real situation. Just leave it at that. If i am too negative here, you can always report me to Melvin.
  11. One thing about this review is a bit confusing to me On January you posted picture, which presented problem in lateral hump area similar to this that you post presently. This is picture from January : Then 3 weeks later, you started posting pictures like this : And everyone was like "amazing!!", "what a change!!!" etc. But now when i looked closer at this pictures, i realised that there is something odd with color of your hair at lateral humps area. This color is different then rest of hair and it looks unnatural. I am 99 % sure that this is artifical color of fibers. So you used fibers and then made this photos, didn't you? Now you posted pictures like this : On this photos everything looks natural, color of hair is normal. And this current photos present similar recession on lateral hump that on the photo from January.
  12. I think if you do the hairline like on the picture, without lowering, 1800 should be enough with pretty decent density.
  13. I am just saying that if you really must do some implantation there, don't use more then 300+ grafts. Ask doctors what is their opinion on this, because if you insist on implanting hair in the back, they will do it just to please you. Well, i was speaking about my experience. If you spoke about this before first procedure, it's ok. I had talk like this only after 1st procedure and Eugenix tried to gaslight me that my lateral humps had worsened since 1st procedure. During my HT i was already more then a year on finasteride, so there wasn't hope for further improving on medication. And i am not the only one who was surprised about neglecting lateral humps after 1st procedure from Eugenix. There is @DeltaV for example.
  14. Dr Arika told me "just slick hair back like our other patients do". Problem solved 🤣 Dr Das just skips lateral humps if somebody has recession there. She said that she doesn't want to take risk and harm existing hair there. But i don't understand this argument, since she will implant hair there in 2nd HT anyway. So is this delibarate attempt, to lure somebody in to 2nd HT asap? I don't know, but it looks shady. She should be more informative about this "hidden" plan of hers, that she is skipping humps and explain that she can do it only in 2nd HT. But she should talk about this before 1st HT, not after when you see huge disconnection between front and sides.
  15. Dr. Muresanu speaks in this video about importance of balance between frontal and lateral hair. As you already now, this lower crown area can be managed with decent fadecut. Though i understand that visiting barber very often is not comfortable option. Melvin didn't adress lower crown in his last HT and his final result is great. He is contemplating one more HT in this area, because he is addicted to HT's 😅, nevertheles, how you look like in the back has the least importance from all sides. The most important is frontal look, then sides and top. Therefore i would seriously think about completely skipping in 2nd HT this area between to red curved lines that you drew on the back (lower crown). You can ask Melvin about this, because he was standing before similar choice. But my thinking is - why waste precious graft in the back area, the least important area, when there areas with high priority to work on? You can always go back to this area later, you are young, you have time
  16. DIfferent lighting, different angles. From February 22nd. This is more flattering angle and lighting and sides were cutted short, so contrast is less visible. I believe it was the same as now, just picture were made in different conditions :
  17. I don't remember if he is taking fin, but it's not the issue. He was posting pictures from flattering angles. Now he posted pictures from unflattering angles.
  18. I am surprised that your latteral hump area looks so bad. To be honest in previous pictures that you were posting i didn't see such lack of density. But now on this photo it's obvious and now when you grew sides longer, the contrast is easily visible. You should forget about lowering your hairline and doing the temples, it's nuts Your front looks fine. You just grow hair little longer on the front and you get ilussion of lower hairline and forehead will be smaller. The biggest problem is that now sides are disconnected from the front. It's similar case like mine. You have to do laterals, this is top1 priority. Crown work is like blackhole, many grafts needed there. Sides anyway look best when you cut them short, you have already depleted donor above the ear. Sorry that im so harsh, but thinking about doing front right now is delusional. And it's pointless, because your frontal look is on the spot. I don't know how your left lateral hump looks, but based on this photo you should focus on improving this area that i marked on black "top1". Do this and after 2nd HT you will know where you are standing. No temples, no lowering hairline, you don't have donor supply for that. And cherry on top. You will be cutting your sides very short, so why do the temples? Transplanted temples look good when you grew them longer and do you plan to grew your sides long? I don't think so.
  19. Mentioning bad elements is not cherry picking. I never said that this HT is complete botchery because of that. I don't understand this 😅Remeber what?
  20. I think you are missing a point. He surely sees that it is far better then before HT. He is not happy about things that could be done better. Like left temple or left lateral hump. There is no need to wait till 12 months, it is obvious now. This guys from Eugenix told me too "Wait, wait few more months, it will improve". It didn't. You can't change his mind by patting him on the back. Fortunately, DeltaV has more grafts in supply i believe, and he will be fully happy after second HT.
  21. Yes, it's just waisting of your time and dragging you into second procedure.
  22. You can improve hair texture and get of rid of dryness by using hair masks and protein conditioners. Here is what i achieved with this kind of products Speaking about left temple. Same issue for me and many others. There is something wrong with procedure at Eugenix regarding left temple, because it's always "the left" that is weaker. Lateral hump from left side needs attention in next HT, but as i told, it was already obvious in previous update.
