  1. I think you have androgenic alopecia. Continue finasteride and find better doctor (dermatologist that specialize in hair).
  2. Almost entire top of the head was covered with only 4500 grafts. Growth for such plan is good. In my opinion you should focus only on areas where you have already hair, so just transplant between existing hair. Hairline lowering would be waste of grafts and can backfire. You can achieve ilussion of lower hairline just by combing hair forward. After 2nd transplant this ilussion will be even better.
  3. I use Polish brand called Onlybio, you won't get it abroad. But i think it's nothing special, just look what girls use and buy the same 🤣
  4. This guys result is not good, because 40% of grafts they used was beard grafts which in his case had bad characteristics. His beard hair are grey and wavy. He colored his beard black and we see it in final result, but he didn't color his hair on the crown, so we see some weird grey and wavy hair. Sometimes just beard grafts are not good for HT and certainly not in such huge amount.
  5. Before procedure, I said exactly same thing to Dr Das, that i am more on finasteride more then a year and my hair improved a lot and i don't see possibility to further improvement. They do aggresive procedure on Norwood 6(telling you that you are Norwood 3V), then they start to tell fairy tales and "wait, wait few months, we will see". Next they try to gaslight you that before procedure you had better hair and during last year you lost some ground. Finally they propose second procedure. That's how i explain it. But i am sure that they have another explanation that nobody smart will believe. Yes, i need tailored approach with 100% dedication from a doctor.
  6. 3000-3200 grafts in the safe zone donor. (According to Bisanga's measurments) There was no plan. I already wrote this, but they didn't want to implant more grafts on the crown and midscalp, because of risk of harming existing hair. Then they were like "wait, wait few more months, it will improve, we will see". And it of course didn't improve, so dr Das after 10 months proposed to implant 1000 grafts on the midscalp and 1500 on the crown. Suddenly there was no concern of hurting existing hair.
  7. Yes guys, i have the same opinion. The problem with left temple is that design is too straight without irregularities and the distance between front singles and doubles is bigger then in right temple, so the transition between singles and doubles is not so smooth. Also left temple lacks some density on the top. Overall it needs repair in next procedure. I would rather improve left temple in second HT and then just grow both temples longer, than extract them.
  8. Well, look at this examples when hair are combed forward, i think it explains everything : https://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/topic/66820-eugenix-3514-grafts-720-on-the-temples-may-2022-dr-priyadarshini-das/?do=findComment&comment=708303 https://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/topic/66820-eugenix-3514-grafts-720-on-the-temples-may-2022-dr-priyadarshini-das/?do=findComment&comment=707619
  9. No worries, you are not causing further upset. You can be as harsh as in this video 😆 And it's true that some people in this topic blame me and not the clinic. What can i say, they are biased. And what do you think about my temples when they grow longer? For example like in this post : https://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/topic/66820-eugenix-3514-grafts-720-on-the-temples-may-2022-dr-priyadarshini-das/page/10/#comment-716899 That's exactly what i heard from them. "Just slick back hair like our other patients do". What a joke. I thought about Hattingen too. Dr Sever Muresanu is good at FUT. I had already FUE, so FUT won't provide maximal possible yield, but maybe it's still worth considering.
  10. Wow, that's harsh opinion, but i agree that on the last pictures that i presented temples don't look natural. What do you mean by saying that temples need to stay shaved down? Like cut them with 0mm ? This is my biggest complaint about the Eugenix. Before the surgery, For 31 years of my life I had never styled my hair as slickback. They didn't inform me that after HT I will be limited to this slickback style. If i knew this, i would push for totally different plan of surgery, certainly not so aggressive. Just look at my photos before operation (first post). That was hairstyle that i was wearing. It wasn't so dense, it had diffuse thining, but it was natural. It didn't require much trouble in styling, no headbands, no sea salt spray, no hair sprays, gels, etc. It was easy and comfy. Now easy and comfy is gone. Hair transplant should expand your hairstyles possibilities, not limit them. So yes, transplanting between hair in diffuse thining area, without hariline lowering, was the best option. WIth this scenario, combing forward, which is my favourite hairstyle, would be possible. Before procedure, Eugenix didn't talk with me about the plan for the future (we only talked about medication), for next hair transplants, about hairstyles that will be possible and required styling. After 1 year they told me "It's best to slick back hair in your situation" 🙃 Will it be possible to comb the hair forward after next hair transplants (providing it will look good and uniform)? With 3000 grafts that i have left in the safezone it's unlikely. Maybe only magicians like Zarev could plan the next operation solidly and pull some grafts out of a hat.
  11. Thank you. And do you have pictures after procedure with dr Bhatti? Photos that show how donor was managed during extraction. Frontal area wasn't completely bald, but it looks like survival rate after HT with Dr. Bhatti was at 20-30%, no more. Those grafts still matter and combined with 1800 new grafts will repair this frontal region. Styling hair will make a difference, of course. Sea salt spray can become your new friend I dont understand what do you mean by saying that this 149 grafts are in telogen phase and only 20-30% will regrow.
  12. Yes, hairline was designed questionable. Low density was the main problem of darlingbuds procedure. Hairline wasn't straight, but too flared on the right apex of the frontotemporal angle. On the left apex it was flared too, however little less. That's why Eugenix had to extract those grafts. Your new hairline will be straight, shape now is very similar to mine. It's not about the laser device. In my procedure Dr Priyadarshini didn't use the laser device either and and many top clinic surgeons don't use it. Laser helps too see where is exact middle of curvature of the skull. You can simply just draw the hairline, but according to some basic rules. Dr Bhatti made the apex of the right fronto-temporal angle visibly lower then Mid frontal point and i dont know why he made this choice. However if density was good, you could get away with Bhatti's design. So the main question is, what happened during intravenous sedation period. Propably Dr. Bhatti only drew the hairline and later some newbies did your HT and that's why you had poor survival rate and overharvested donor. Your case is difficult, 1800 grafts will definetly improve your situation, but won't close the deal. However if you plan to slickback hair like now, ilussion of density can do the job. In your previoustopic your sides looked very patchy, photos before operation prestent denser hair on the sides, i don't know if it is matter of lighting. BTW, do you have pictures before HT with Dr. Bhatti?
  13. Hello, i am going to do another surgery definitely. Yes, they look for softer hair, but they are not implanting baby hair like in natural temple points, so the result is not 100% natural. I agree that now temples look little off, because they are cutted too short. You can see my other updates, when i had longer temple points, it looked more natural.
  14. This is already skinfade, cutting temples shorter will make them look worse. Electrolysis will harm ilusssion of density. I cutted temporal hair short (5mm) and i expected that they will look worse. My barber says "it's the shortest i recommend, because if we cut them more, there will be dots visible". So the best option is what i always said, if you make temple points HT, you have to grow them longer to look best. I only cutted them to confirm this. Many people don't understand that you have to grow temporal peaks longer to look good. You can check my previous updates and see what they look like when growing longer. Personally, i prefer hairstyles without big skinfade, so long temporal hair is ok for me. Take a look at my previous posts : https://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/topic/66820-eugenix-3514-grafts-720-on-the-temples-may-2022-dr-priyadarshini-das/?do=findComment&comment=708303 Combing hair forward is not an option now. I need 2nd HT for midscalp and crown.
  15. Well, i wouldn't go to Dr Bhatti for HT, thats for sure. However in many videos he speaks with sense and that's different topic. He can be right that there is no such thing as anagen desynchronsiation. I will know in few months if this is a myth 😅 Happy growing then, i am waiting for your updates In my prevoious update, i didn't wear the headband, so not always. I wear it when i don't want tou use products like hair spray or other products that provide hold. Here i made some comparision. Maybe on the right it is different hairstyle, because it's slickback, but remember that before procedure there was no hair to slick back 🤣
  16. 13.5 months update It's pretty hot in Poland now, over 30 degrees during a day. So i go outside, get sweaty and hair are in trouble, specially when there is no product in them like on pictures below. I really wish i got some grafts in lateral humps area, it would be like night and day. For people that say i focus on negative things - Guys i am presenting reality of my HT, i am not unhappy, i wasn't botched. Things are still far better then before HT. Neverthless, there are some issues that need to be adressed in next procedure. Ok, so later this day i used some sea salt spray, i use it often because it does great job holding hair and adding some volume. Btw, i cutted sides the shortest since the time of surgery. What do you guys thing about temples? Personally i like them better when they grow longer like in previous updates.
  17. Well, i wrote that im 99% sure, so it was stated nearly as a fact I don't think "fabrication" is correct word. Fabrication is on purpose and no because of bad judgment, false belief, mistake etc. And i just did mistake, so in the end it was this 1% 😅 Anyway, i think that there was no good way to handle it. Even if i asked "Did you use fibers?", it would be sort of accusation. It would be less harsh, but still dirty. I think the best option was to ask you about this matter on private message. At least it ended this way, that you presented more pictures that explained this situation and now everybody understands that there was no fibers.
  18. Yes, but the question is what is your plan for styling the sides. I am asking because for example Captain Haddock tried the skin fade after his HT and it didn't turned good for him. Personally i think that barber could handle this better, because left temple was cutted to short in his situation. For some reason left temple is often weaker in Eugenix cases. Anyway, i think that after HT on temporal peaks, skin fade can work, providing that temple peaks won't be cutted too short. Captain Haddock's example : https://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/topic/58556-frontal-nw2-restoration-eugenix-m-26-december-10th/?do=findComment&comment=634369
  19. Well, if i saw the same mistakes that were made in my case, i discussed this. But here i wasn't talking "about myself". Not everything is about me 🤣Funny thing, that recently i was acussed of being Eugenix lover on polish forum. So the bottom line is that "Argumentum ad personam" is commonly used in discussion. I had procedure in Eugenix and when i talk about this clinic people will use this and call me "Eugenix hater" or "Eugenix lover", depending on circumstances. But in fact, i am neither of them. I had procedure, there were some mistakes, but i am propably more happy then you after your 1st HT. I don't know why you want to label me as "unhappy" patient. Life is not black and white, there are shades of grey too. Maybe this time (2nd warning) member (Ethan) told me to stop and i continued, but regarding 1st warning, it was you that was deleting my posts and told me to stop. And member of that journey later thanked me for my input, so in contrast to your warning, it's hilarious. You have bad attitude towards me, it is easy to see, just read your posts about me. But we are talking again about me, so maybe just stop, because it is not my thread 😆
  20. Do you want me to get permaban? 😆 It's good that they adressed urgent areas like lateral humps and crown. The temporal peaks? Risky, because of future possible balding. Transplanted temporal peaks look best when they grow longer (speaking from my experience). So i don't know what the plan is. To grow hair on the sides longer just like before this HT? With skin fade, skilled barber will be needed, HT temples shouldn't be cutted with guard 0 (opinion of my barber).
  21. I got banned for my last post for a week and I'm step away from getting a permanent ban if i continue to post "negativity" in others people reviews. Let me at least explain myself. When i saw your photos that you presented before 2nd HT, i was really surprised about the state of lateral humps area. I just couldn't belive that the change comes only from different angle or lighting. I noticed that color in humps is different and i made in my head this theory about fibers. And then i became too sure of it and started being too accusatory, for which i am sorry. Actually, this photo explains everyting to me. If you published it before, i would better understand this situation . In this photo hair weren't combed, they were more chaotic and problem at lateral humps is easily visible. On this photo hair were combed and it provided fuller look on humps. But you needed HT in this area anyway back then. So to sum up, i don't think you used fibers. Though i think you could post photos that revealed more weaknesses back then. However to be honest, at beginning of my journey i posted more flattering photos too. So that is my explanation, I won't be posting much in other's people jorneys anymore, since Melvin is only waiting for my next "negative" opinion, so he can give me permaban. It feels a bit like elementary school here and Melvin is like a teacher picking on me. But I'm an adult now, so I just leave the classroom
  22. Ok so this photos are from the same time and have the same haircut : picture 1: picture 2: But still 1st photo has normal color of hair, and 2nd photo has weird color, lighting looks pretty the same on both pictures. Am i the only one who sees this? 😅 I don't know what you were using or how you styled your hair, but you achieved the most flattering result. You didn't post picture 1 in that time, but picture 2. You had picture 1, it looked less flattering and you decided not to post it back then. Now you posted it and we see the real situation. Just leave it at that. If i am too negative here, you can always report me to Melvin.
  23. One thing about this review is a bit confusing to me On January you posted picture, which presented problem in lateral hump area similar to this that you post presently. This is picture from January : Then 3 weeks later, you started posting pictures like this : And everyone was like "amazing!!", "what a change!!!" etc. But now when i looked closer at this pictures, i realised that there is something odd with color of your hair at lateral humps area. This color is different then rest of hair and it looks unnatural. I am 99 % sure that this is artifical color of fibers. So you used fibers and then made this photos, didn't you? Now you posted pictures like this : On this photos everything looks natural, color of hair is normal. And this current photos present similar recession on lateral hump that on the photo from January.
