    Re candidacy: I have seen severe cases having had amazing comebacks. You appear to have high sides (and nice temples), but your crown is falling very deep. Best to get an in-person consultation with one of the recommended docs on this forum, in particular Dr Sethi, Dr Muresanu, Dr Hasson, Dr Wong, Dr Barghouti. Look up the case of@Bandit90 Re strategy: I guess the strategy is always to fix the front first cause aesthetically it is the most important.

    Your colleagues are assholes, that is straight up body shaming. F*ck their opinion. Youcan use Finasteride or Minoxidil and your crown will probably thicken. Your hair looks awesome.

    Hey @BeHappy obviously things didnt work good for you, but just wanna say that you actually look pretty good from the front and imo you look very natural, middle aged man with thinning hair. I also deeply respect your fighting spirit in all of this. I personally hope that you can see the day of unlimited grafts, would be such a nice story if you end up with a thick nw0 at the end of it all.

    Just saying @Tony711that I saw a video of you playing the piano when at Eugenix with @Bandit90and thought 'what cool guy' in your situation the options are smp, just doing nothing or Hair system.

    You did everything right. Best research and approach ever. Wishing you a wonderful result. I am super interested in some of the drs you consulted with and what their approach would have even? Did all of them accept you as a patient? Did someone of them stand out in their approach (using strip, multiple surgeries, using beard hair)?

    I talked about this with Muresanu who deemed it possible given it is a good fue extraction. I read the same from Dr Shapiro.

    Looks great, very inspiring seeing these results considering where you came from. If I were you and given that you are still young and have a nice look you can easily live with, I personally would hold any remaining grafts off for a rainy day. Hair transplants thin, you had fue so these hair aren't all from the safest zone and you never know what might happen in 10-20 years.
