  4. yeah now i have 1mm and I think they are already less noticable. Problem is, I will be screwed if I lose more hair. Will be disfigured. Also not sure if SMP actually 1) works in fue scars 2) works long-term
  5. oh nvm just read you consider the topical treatments. yeah, do that, but even better just take oral fin.
  6. Just took a few Pictures of my donor shaved to 1 mm. In Case anyone Cares about fue scars.
  7. Yeah lets keep our fingers crossed. I at the very least hope for some new Treatments. Not Sure I See cloning out early 2030s.
  8. I feel like AI/Computer Vision will probably play a bigger role in planning surgery, just as what Dr Pitella just introduced. Then, I think things like GT20029 will be alternatives to Finasteride. That is it I would guess.
  9. Hello fellow hair loss sufferers, my name is David, I am 27 years old. I am one of these unfortunate dudes that started balding as a teen. Needless to say it rly damaged my self-confidence, going through this at such a formative age. With 20, I tried to shave, but I couldn't handle it. I was then worried I would spend my whole 20s like this, had no success with the ladies, etc. I think this narrative was repeated a hundred times on hair loss forums. At 21, already a Norwood 4, I decided to hop on Finasteride (after knowing about it for years already). I took it for a year and then went on a consultation with Hlc, who accecpted me as a patient. I was frankly a bit surprised, but other reputable clinics also accepted me, despite being so young. I had saved enough money at that point. So yeah I went for it. Needless to say that this was probably not the smartest move. I am an anxious person and many docs highly recommending against a hair transplant so young definetely costed me a few sleepless nights about what the future holds in recent years. The first few years were great, a weight was lifted off my shoulders! I felt young again and could enjoy my life much more and felt my age again. Anyway, not the whole balding area was adressed for me. I am 27 now, and I dont think that I have lost much ground since then. However, sometimes I have this feeling of being "screwed" in the future rly gives me lots of anxiety. I dont want hair loss to affect my life and decisions so much anymore. It is getting ridiculous, like I recently caught myself evaluating if I can afford a house and kids and further hair transplants. I still have balding in the NW5 area that was not adressed by my first surgery. Frankly, I can live with it for now and I think Finasteride should do a good job from making my crown expand and/or my sides dropping (hopefully). I am on it for 6 years now. I would like the more experienced and more knowledgable folks on this site about how they would proceed in my situation. I think about just living like this for another 5-10 years and hope for continued stability and then adress the bald crown? Maybe we will have better treatments by then (the good old hope of 5 years). I just want someone to assure me that I will most likely will be fine. I also get that the future is unknown anyway, so it doesnt make much sense to worry so much about it and just live in the moment Anyway, coming to the point: How much FUS would you think my donor still has?
  10. yeah but it shouldnt be that hard to take a picture of your donor and let computer vision approximate this too. In general, the whole process should be much more data-driven.
  11. it looks like you have retrograde alopecia and it unfortunately is very clear that you will be a norwood 7. Shaving your head might be your best option. Else, after consulting with a gp, you could upgrade your medical regimen to dutasteride and you might wanna add oral minoxidil.
  12. is this how much donor you have for surgery or how many follicles your donor has?
  13. did dr feriduni give an estimate of how much donor might be left?
