  1. Transplanting grafts into scar tissue is definitely possible and been done a lot. Especially into FUT scars However you seen to consult with a credible surgeon. This list is a safe place to start: https://hairtransplantnetwork.com/best-hair-transplant-surgeons
  2. Get on Medical therapy. It's fine right now and if you're lucky you'll get some regrowth
  3. Trichosol only needs that same concentration as hydroalcoholic carriers. Its worth a try to see if the issue remedies
  4. Get on medical therapy! If your loss is stable with what you have then you've won. Your hair is still plenty dense but if you grow it out a bit it will look even denser
  5. Whether Eugenix would be able to get the surplus needed outside the scalp would once again depend on your donor. Do you have a thick, dense beard that matches your hair hair colour and texture? Same with your chest and you'd need to consult with them to find out. Remember body/beard grafts usually contain 1 or 2 hairs which means a higher count is needed than scalp generally. If you go FUT I wouldn't worry too much about having already done an FUE (provided it was done by a good doctor and you didn't have any permanent shock loss in the donor)
  6. Did you get sides previously on oral? Most don't get sides regardless
  7. Yes I wouldn't judge the final crown results until another few months. Is the 3rd to last picture the temple where you're concerned about the graft direction? Could be the angle but looks a little off in the corner imo. The other side in the last pic looks immaculate
  8. As someone who has had side effects from topical (Not Xyon) even I highly recommend trying it. If I were you I would still start of once a week despite what I was told (As thats what they'd tell everybody) then go to 2x week and so on if all goes well.
  9. There’s limited studies on it but also masses of those who have tried it got side effects including myself. It’s known well that the skin in permeable and substances like alcohol enhance this significantly. Other vehicles like Xyon are designed to absorb well into the dermis layer but limiting it going any further Dutasteride absorbs less systemically than finasteride but still very much does to a degree Some individual's can also have more permeable skin than others due to variations in the skin barrier or skin porosity
  10. Topical dutasteride is effective no doubt is most people that use it. If your formula has alcohol in it it will be significantly absorbed
  11. It's totally worth trying. Dr Wong told me many can get amazing results from it even one application per week. Have you had side effects from 5aR inhibitors before?
  12. Great to hear the donor is recovering. Everyone id different on the path of growth and it's simply too early to say. Typically people will see a trend of big growth between 5 - 6 months. If there was no growth I'd be concerned but over all it's in the 'normal scope' of what to expect
  13. From my understanding, Dr Wong takes more of cases of diffuse thinning or requiring FUT
  14. No significantly weaker than fin. Coulsnt stableise with it as a monotherapy but used it as part of a stack with others
  15. Depends how aggresive your loss is
  16. This is absolutely fine for 5 months. If your doctor is ethical they should be honest if it doesn't seem on course
  17. Similar to @Tom Diepstraten I had a large FUT with Dr Wong last year and only have big positives to say about him, his team, and the clinic as a whole. I researched H&W scrupulously before deciding to go with them, finding every online experience I could. In not one was there a case of a tech (as skilled as they are) doing recipient incisions or not shaving the recipient site for the surgery. The OP on that thread is very quiet since posting and not commenting much. I won't outright call anyone a lier without evidence but it will be very interesting to hear the other side of the story.
  18. I have, didn't notice any difference. Did notice mild improvement with Ketoconazole. That said, I used Revita, which is a lot less harsh than Nizoral and contains caffeine amongst other ingredients.
  19. There's a lot more evidence for ketoconazole shampoo rather than caffeine
