  1. Minoxidil does not decrease in efficacy per sei. Over time your MP gets worse and can counteract the effectiveness. If you stop minoxidil after being on it this long you will likely lose some ground either way
  2. Phenomenal density! If I was you, I'd l request leaving the top hairline and creating some slight 'rounding' down to the temple points. Personally I think it looks fine facing you front on but sideways it's just a little 'off' how straight it goes down. If any grafts were to be removed, I'd imagine Dr Hasson would rather extract and replace them rather than destroy precious grafts.
  3. Trichosol goes just as systemic as any hydroalcoholic carrier in my experience
  4. Looks on track for 5 months! The crown usually grows in slower
  5. Agreed, Low level laser, and PRP (From a reputable source) are the second best options for a growth stimulent if you cannot take topical minoxidil. If you can get it, the Xyon or Farmacia Parati Topical Dutasteride have proven very low systemic absorption
  6. I've ended up getting sides with every hydroalcoholic solution or Trichosol, even at lower doses so I'm holding off till I can get my hands on either Xyon or Parati. Waiting is sure the hardest part haha
  7. When you say you went on the website is this the Farmacia Parati website that’s in Italian?
  8. Who prescribed your farmacia version? Have you ever had issues with customs?
  9. I do spy a few early transplanted grafts growing. I believe a can tell from the diameter of the hairs All the best!
  10. They use a standard hydroalcoholic vehicle which will likely go systemic. You’re better off going with Xyon or Farmacia Parati if you can
  11. Yes, I believe his clinic shifted to target the local markets a lot more. Also why he no longer works with JT
  12. I can't speak to blurred vision and vertigo but the tightness definitely down feel more normal in a few months, if that's what's causing the other symptoms those should go away too
  13. What logic is there in using the topical to begin with if you’re not worried about it being systemic?
  14. In my opinion, it's anywhere company selling topical finasteride or dutasteride claiming it's side effect free
  15. She should be answerable to the grafts not growing at all. Unless you have a medical conditional that would take a monumental screw up. There are plenty of surgeries that last 8 hours or even longer which have no issues with growth
  16. Dr Hasson and Konior are very strong contenders as far as north America goes
  17. Oh my god that's phenomenal.. I really hope they launch outside North America soon This is like a light at the end of the tunnel for side effect sufferers
  18. DHT will naturally fluctuate independant of drugs that are affecting it. I highly doubt any layperson would have the tools and the supplies to make their own even with the recipe
  19. Fellow New Zealander here. You have made a LIFESAVING decision by not going to anyone here or in Australia. I went to Dr Jerry Wong at Hasson and Wong last November and I'm not exaggerating when I say I have the least regret I have for any purchase I've ever made. Happy to talk further if you want to but yes, I was overwhelmed when I made my booking. It's a big deal especially if it's the first time but you know when it's what you need to do. The mortgage can always be paid later. Your time on Earth is finite, and in that time you want your outside to reflect the inside. I believe Warren Buffet used an analogy similar to if you could only have one car the rest of your life, you'd invest your all into it and make it look it's absolute best. The car is your body so why not do that same
  20. There is factually no way taking any form of dutasteride could cause a big increase in DHT
  21. Good luck! Have you previously had side effects on oral?
