Hairline Design: Before the procedure, there will be a thorough planning and designing session with the doctor. This will occur after mutual agreement between you and the doctor to ensure that the chosen hairline complements your facial features, providing a natural appearance. We will proceed with the procedure only when you are completely satisfied with the design. However, it is important to keep your approach realistic. Carry your two old photos in which you have hairs. 

Post-Care Instructions: Following the procedure, we have a dedicated care team that will provide you with detailed instructions. They will guide you through the post-operative care process.

First Head Wash: The first head wash is scheduled for the 7th day after the procedure. If you are staying near our clinic during this time, you can come to the clinic for the head wash. Otherwise, we will provide you with comprehensive instructions and a video link so that you can perform the head wash easily at home.

Follow Ups: Our care team will maintain regular contact with you to monitor your well-being after the procedure. We will conduct follow-up checks through calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.

• 21 years old 
• Norwood 2 grade of baldness - losing his hair with a hair loss history.
• No prior history of taking medication 
• Taking 1mg of finasteride daily since surgery
• Medium caliber hair
• Strong follicular units
• High % of hair in the telogen phase

RECOMMENDED TREATMENT:

• In this gentleman's case, we initially decided to adopt a one-step approach to treat his baldness, classifiable as grade 2 in the Norwood scale.
• The surgery took place in October 2021, when we implanted 1,500 grafts by using DHT to restore the patient's Hairline.

SURGERIES DETAILS:

Slits were made through Needles and a CTS blade, and scoring and extractions were executed with motorized punches and immediately implanted into the recipient area by using Sava implanters. The implanter tool gives the surgeon precise control over the depth, direction, and angle of each implanted follicle, resulting in an enhanced natural appearance and density. The primary advantage of DHT is its ability to minimize the time grafts spend outside the body, thus potentially increasing the survival rate of the hair follicles in hair transplant.

• The surgery took place in October 2019, when we implanted 1,455 grafts by using DHT to restore the patient's Hairline. 

SURGERIES DETAILS:

Slits were created through needles and CTS blades. Collection of grafts were done through Forceps and loaded into the sava implanters. These loaded implanters were subsequently used to place the grafts into pre-made sites simultaneously at our hair transplant clinic. The Direct Hair transplant is a modified version of Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) for female hair transplant. In direct hair transplant technique, the hair follicles are implanted one by one directly to the recipient area which needs to be covered. Each hair follicle is placed in a particular direction, depth and angle that help to get 100% natural results with maximum density. It is a minimally invasive procedure which is painless, and its recovery is very fast.
