  1. I've noticed lower frequency of..."incidents" and they're less severe when they do happen. I also take a few supplements (not illicit) that seem to help a bit, as well.
  2. I did when I was taking 1mg daily. I've since switched to 1mg Mon-Wed-Fri and things have been much more tolerable.
  3. 8 month update I feel like things are starting to plateau. If that's the case, I already consider this a success and am happy with the results. At this point, I'm starting think about going back and seeing how many more grafts I can use to fill my hairline in more and close the thinning hole in the back of my head.
  4. Sure, I just passed 6 months and these are the pictures I took:
  5. Month 5 update Looks like it's still starting to slowly fill in a bit more. Got another haircut a few weeks ago but I'm keeping most of the length to see how it grows.
  6. Month 4 update Seems to be *some* additional growth, but it's slowed down a bit. Now I just need to be patient and trust that things will start filling in more in the coming months. Overall, happy with where I am at this stage. Some pictures fresh out of the shower: Pictures after styling:
  7. Month 3 update Don't know what to say, I guess shedding is over and growth is starting. All pictures are fresh out of the shower, un-styled and nothing in my hair. Things looks pretty good from the front, though the right side is lagging behind the left so far. Seems like crown already has some growth, but that could just be from keeping up with meds. I'm pretty optimistic, though.
  8. Month 2 update Everything still seems on track, from what I can tell. I still have a lot of hair that's kept growing instead of shedding and I haven't been seeing as much come out when I wash, so I'm interested to see if they stick around
  9. I don't think I've really shed too many, if any, non-transplanted hairs so far. I'm definitely still in the thick of shedding, though. In the picture below, the left side was taken today and the right side was taken pre-transplant:
  10. One month update Not a whole lot to report, other than shedding is in full effect. I buzzed my hair down to a #1 with the clinic's blessing, but I'm guessing within the next few weeks all the transplanted hair will have left me.
  11. Yep! That was the last day I was there, but that was exactly when I had my donor wash. And I haven't had any shedding yet, but I'm only on day 10. Guess I should expect that to start pretty soon.
  12. I'm having the exact same feeling. Feels like there's a barrier on top of my head. As Shadman said, I'm sure it'll pass in a few weeks or less. Best of luck.
  13. Thanks man, I'm hoping for the best. I just saw your thread and think you'll have a knockout result. Eugenix is doing good work for us.
  14. Day 8 update All scabs removed without hassle after 2nd head wash
