Never heard of getting a skin biopsy, details? From my consultings it's related to the types of techniques Diep uses. I've seen the same ones used on other reviews on here. Out of curiosity, do you know Rassman's practicing status? I saw on the forum that he has a cataract in one eye and he's only doing SMP now. He doesn't seem to have a website anymore either. I know that he was on the list of recommended surgeons but now isn't anymore. Thanks, this is exactly the type of information I was looking for. Do you remember the name of the other person? I was trying to find reviews from you, but I only found this

I am looking to repair a procedure I've had done by Dr. Diep. He seems to have some persistent practices in his transplants, so if possible I would like to go with a surgeon who has a lot of experience dealing with his work. From searching the forum, so far I found only found this post This person rates Dr Mwamba the highest, but this person has only just completed and it'll be a while for the final results to come out.

Have HT Surgeons Begun to Charge Too Much?
HairRun replied to trynagetaHT's topic in Hair Restoration Questions and Answers
I don't think so. The ones in the big city obviously charge a premium, but there's lots of others in mid sized cities that have great reps and don't charge a lot. Even including travel and hotel you can save a lot by going to them. -
If you do try it, you could microdose with topical and see how it goes. Something like 0.1% application once a week. Topical gets less systemic than oral.

Is there anyone who got sides with topical fin, but did not with topical dut? -
Side effects from Topical Dut 0.1% (from Fue Clinic)?
HairRun replied to GrowNewHair's topic in Hair Loss Drugs
I've been hearing that topical dut may not cause side effects for individuals who do get sides from topical fin, but I don't think I've seen a solid case of this yet. -
https://med.stanford.edu/news/all-news/2021/04/drug-enables-healing-without-scarring.html Currently available for of label use. Stanford filed patents earlier this year on using Verteporfin for wound healing and hair follicle neogenesis: https://patentscope.wipo.int/search/en/detail.jsf?docId=WO2021021607 This sounds like it can results in infinite donor hair, and scar free repairs

Why I'm Not Taking Finasteride *My Current Hair Loss Regimen
HairRun replied to Melvin- Admin's topic in Hair Loss Drugs
Wow, I didn't realize it's that much. Funny, I have much less side effects 60mg 3x/week than 0.33mg/week oral fin. I am looking at this again https://old.reddit.com/r/tressless/comments/q83pff/new_topical_finasteride_study_oct_2021/ " peak plasma levels on topical finasteride were 100x lower" So that might be it. 60mg/week /100x -> .60 mg /week eq peak plasma levels. Switching to 1x per week would give the eq of .20mg/week, or .10mg/week if using 1%. There are others who use even lower concentration. California Specialty Pharmacy in Irvine CA uses 0.2% and probably can go lower. But I tried a year and got not much results, but on the other hands, I was doing other stuff differently too, like a lower microneedling length. -

10mg? wow, I was assuming something like 1mg. So there's like 100mg of fin in a bottle? How did you figure this out? I was looking at my bottle but it doesn't have any info on total mgs -

Dr Shapiro sources to farmacia parati which is where I get my topical liposomal fin. I've been minidosing (1mg worth of solution 3x/week) with that, and I have been getting results (DM me for pics), but at the same time I changed my microneedling length from 1.0mm to 1.5mm, so I can't isolate it the cause completely. I'm someone who got sides with oral fin, even at 1mg/week. Microdosing seems promosing. Looking at the chart, even a 1/16th dose decreased DHT by 25%. I might decrease my topical frequency even lower to 1x or 2x a week, even though I'm not getting sides, just because I don't feel anything doesn't mean something else isn't going on; DHT is used in a lot of other different biological functions. There was a study on reddit that showed that much less of topical goes systemic compared to oral https://old.reddit.com/r/tressless/comments/q83pff/new_topical_finasteride_study_oct_2021/ I saw the video by Hassan. He seems to been putting a lot of research into this. He mentioned that topical dut has no sides effects? I wonder how that works, since fin only effects 1 enzyme, but dut effects that and another one as well. I saw on the FUE clinic website that since it has a higher molecular weight, it doesn't get absorbed below the skin as easily. farmacia parati also does topical dut btw. -
Is there any evidence that Nizoral works except for those with inflammation? I check every couple months but never find anything solid.

Great results @Grzegorz641 . Out of curiosity, did you try topic fin first, and it didn't work? Or did you go straight to topical dut? -
hmm, can we get a picture of how it looks without the lighting to see the extent of how the scarring differs from your normal skin? Might be worth asking the derma if certain supplements would help. collagen, vitE, etc. Were the graph relocated further back, or just removed? If the former, did they grow in ok?
