    Disagree that this is an acceptable result. For 3500 grafts in the front third you should expect a better result than shown, especially in the part of the hair. edit: The fact that he is not on finasteride is irrelevant as well. There have been many cases with patients that have worse hair loss and no medication that have gotten decent coverage in the frontal third with 2500-3000 grafts.
