  1. When you take more then 2500-3000 you wil be taking grafts from a not true safe donor area. This means it'll be not permanent probably.
  2. Hi, Thanks. 1. Didn’t measure it and I don’t like to measure it often. It can be deceiving, because there are a lot or factors that lead to a good coverage. All combined, the micronsize is imo a factor that weighs less. 2. he was already on finasteride. I’ve added minoxidil.
  3. Anyone can take pics of this quality. If they don’t than it is for a reason imo. Nowadays we live in a time where we have good macro lenses on every phone and still the results of the hair transplants are posted as if they are taken with a patatoe.
  4. Once a shy and insecure young man, suffering from hair loss and constantly self-conscious about his appearance, he turned to a hair system as a solution. But, after undergoing a hair transplant, he is now a confident and self-assured individual. The hair transplant gave him a natural looking head of hair, boosting his self-esteem and allowing him to live his life to the fullest. He no longer has to constantly worry about his appearance and can focus on the things that truly matter. A total of only 2560 grafts were used during a one day FUE surgery for the front. The surgery started at 08.00 and finished at 15.00 Please take a note of the quality of the pictures. Imo every surgeon should post pictures of this high quality so the patient can see exactly what he's getting in to. Hiding hairlines behind falling hairs or combed down hairs is not what a patient is looking for. So as a patient, don't compromise until you've seen good quality pics of results. I perform the whole surgery myself. Shaving, punching, extracting, making sites and placing is all done by myself. My assistant sorts the grafts and helps me during placing. Also, every contact made with my clinic is directly with me. I answer all the calls/emails personally. Aftercare is direct contact with me through WhatsApp. Before: Surgery day: After: Slicked back (with different types of lighting): Full face: Close up's + Comb through: Donor area + crown: Kind regards, Dr. Munib Ahmad

  7. Patient wanted an age appropriate hairline. The patient was suffering from dandruff at the time of the check up. After using a prescribed shampoo he got rid of it in one week and his scalp is back to normal now. A total of only 2415 grafts were used during a one day FUE surgery. 8. 1.07 is a transected graft. This is one of the main reasons why hair transplants fail. A high transection rate. If your lucky it'll grow back in the donor area, but weakened due to scarring tissue. The second video gives me chills. Thats almost criminal activity to harvest like that.

  10. Even with conservative hairlines the advice is always to take finasteride and minoxidil to prevent further hairloss.
  11. Yeah that’s true actually. Many docs in this field take advantage of their white coat. And i know the scam doc your talking about. But me living in the same country as him doesn’t say anything about my trustworthiness. By the way the same scam doc uses also 0.7.
  12. So you start with saying that you don’t trust that i use the punchsize i say i use and ask for proof. And when the proof is in front of your eyes you hide behind a fallacy. It would be to your credit if you had responded substantively .
  13. To be honest, i would like that people like you would stay far away from my clinic. I should ignore this because imo the way of approaching and commenting on my statement has such a high level of ignorance. But that said, because other people who do believe what i say are also reading, i would like to share some pics taken right after the procedure. I do understand that many surgeons lie about the punchssize, but just as your saying, you can see it on the pics taken right after surgery. 0.6 (top extractions which look bigger are 0.8). As you can see the holes are already closed right after surgery. 0.7 0.8 You couldn’t even tell probably after seeing these pics but whatever make you happy pall. I would advise you to change the way you approach others. Just my 2 cents. P.s. i also have 0.55 mm punches in my equipment. Kind regards, Dr. Munib Ahmad.
  14. The challenge of this case was to fill the corners with a matching density as his native hairs (which are of a very high density) and reinforce the hairs around the separated island of hairs. 15. Custom made incisions for the thickness of his grafts. In that way it doesn't bleed after it's transplanted. Also you need to take some time to spray it clean so the patient doesn't form large scabs.
  16. I would go for the latter. Freitas is okay if you want to wear your hair long. But once you buzz cut it, the rows are evident imo.
