Hey guys today 2 months and 1 week after the hair transplant, so it is in full desert and I guess the start of the end of it
I have kept experimenting with my hair cuts and I let the barber to be creative with my donor area
It looks like the frontal looks like more affected by the dessert than the first line but it still looks decent enough
What do you think ?
Have a nice coming week mates !!
PS: Let's see what's my next hair cut style will look haha, any suggestion will be appreciated
Aren’t you the representative for this doctor? It would probably be good to let the forum know that for transparency...

I tend to try several punches and see what seems to work best with me. We see a variety of ethnic variations and this dictates trying several punches and length of punches too.
Thank you. What kind of hair characteristics would lean towards a hybrid punch vs a sharp?

@DrTBarghouthi
Looks great! How do you decide when to use a hybrid vs sharp vs serrated punch?- 1

@Gasthoereryou seem very educated on topics regarding fue.
with someone like you who has thick hair caliber and high density, is there risk for collateral damage to nearby grafts when punching with fue?
how big was your punch? The extractions look very small

Wow the donor is incredible looking.
Did they say you have 100 hairs/cm or grafts/cm in your donor?
what size punch did they use? -

im unsure,
im trying to find this information from other threads on this forum. Anyone know what size punch Dr. Nadimi or Konior use?
I think it depends on your own hair characteristics so it will differ.

Hey everyone
Sorry for the delay☺ Attached are the pictures after 1 month and 7 days after the touchup.
I dont know if the shedding has started but I have a good feeling about my final results this time.
Eating healthy as usual and taking 1mg Finasteride every alternate day in month 2. I dont have any sides at the moment. Fingers crossed.
Thanks to everyone for the help and support including the Eugenix team.
Regards
Looking good. What reason did the clinic give for sub optimal growth the first time?

@Looking for HT did eugenix explain why there were growth issues? How ur they address them this time?

@Peezus what size punch was used during both procedures?
-
This should be a great result. How many grafts do u have left?
-
These are amazing results but also keep in mind that these guys are mostly young and their loss is somewhat recent so the meds have more of a chance of working better at least in the short term

Depends on the scar, if you have a thin scar, you can get away with a #3 for sure. Here’s my friend who got an FUT 12 years ago and an FUE last year. I cut his hair from a #1 at the bottom to a #2 in the middle and #3 at the top, the scar is slightly visible. He’s got a pretty thin scar though.
Melvin, I don’t see the pic?

Looking great. This was 3500 grafts?

What tools do their clinic employ for fue most frequently and why?

I'm not familiar with the docs, but if I were in your shoes, I would certainly go with FUT, with about 80%-85% going in front and using the rest to soften the lack of coverage w/ crown. You can then bolster your crown's appearance with some light use of concealer. I have an idea of what you want to achieve, so I'd also be prepared to book a second procedure as soon as your body/head is able to handle it to address the crown, as well as add some additional coverage to the front (my gut tells me you'll want that, too).
Get on fin and start using rogaine (costco version is fine, just buy direct from them and not eBay) as soon as possible and stick with it. You're clearly going to lose all your hair, so stabilize it. Take the fin at night when you go to bed so you don't psyche yourself out about its overstated sides. Good luck.
In your experience does costa brand minox work as well as name brand?

Nice! Was this guy wearing a system before? I wonder just because of the red marks on his scalp in the pre-op pic.
I’m very curious about this as well

Hi @L0ke when is it appropriate to use a serrated trumpet punch vs non serrated?

I think this is a good improvement on the hairline for the number of grafts. Do you have donor shots?

Hi @JacobN do you have pictures of your donor as it is now?
