  1. Really? Wow, I wonder why not. His prices were cheaper years ago. They might continue increasing over time. John, that's what I thought. His prices are not bad, but the cost of living in Poland is generally quite low (compared to Ireland anyway) so by Polish standards he's somewhat expensive.
  2. When I was there before Xmas I think his prices were: 10 PLN per graft for FUT (appx €2.25) 12 PLN per graft for FUE (appx €2.68)
  3. Thanks bro. The donor area seems fine but maybe if I cut it shorter the signs of a transplant would be apparent, who knows! Its a waiting game now. Its testing my patience, I wish I could speed the clock up 6 months ha. I'm really hoping for a good result. I'll post an update again at the 3 month mark (10th March).
  4. Hey, so today I am 7 weeks and 5 days out of surgery. Here is a pic that you requested. Last night I buzzed the back and sides to a #2 blended into a #3. Here is the result.
  5. It is still early man. I'll try to remain optimistic and calm. Thanks very much bro.
  6. That's exactly how I felt. I kept thinking that I was disruoting the process by going to the toilet.
  7. Very interesting. A mild diuretic effect from steroids. That would make sense because I probably took about 5 breaks throughout the day. Cheers.
  8. Haha I am good my friend. Getting bored with this never-ending lockdown though. How are you? I hope you're well.
  9. Sort of yeah. I had to keep asking for toilet breaks and I felt like it disruoted the process a little.
  10. They checked my BP and I think it was fine. I never thought about doing headstands. Maybe I should look into that. Cheers.
  11. Ok cool man. I'll take your word for it and try not to think about it so. Cheers.
  12. My blood pressure is usually normal I think, but I have a paranoia that it might fall to a kind of low pressure when I am asleep at night. I'm only 7 weeks and 3 days out of surgery so still a long way to go before I see the results.
  13. Ok cool guys. Perhaps I should just chuck them out then. Although they don't smell odd or look weird. Thanks.
  14. During my transplant in December I got up to use the toilet several times. I passed fluid several times that day, perhaps I drank too much water at breakfast and I was nervous and what not. Did anyone else do this? Surely it doesn't interfere with things.
  15. Weird question, possibly a stupid question: Is it possible that my head/scalp doesn't receive enough blood to fully nourish a hair transplant? Sometimes when I lie very still for long periods my pulse is only like 52 BPM. After waking up from a sleep I sometimes feel groggy. This is perhaps not unusual, but is it a sign that sometimes my blood pressure is low, and if so can this affect a hair transnplant? I have this weird paranoia that when I lie in bed for way too long not enough blood goes to my head lol.
  16. Apperently shampoo has a best before date, its usually marked on each bottle. I have a few bottles that are probably beyond their best before date, is it harmful to use these? Could it be bad for a hair transplant?
  17. I'm doing good John, I hope you are too, thanks Perhaps I'll put pictures up over the weekend as it has been requested.
  18. Hi buddy 👋 The progress is going slow but I think everything is normal for this early stage. The recipient areas area are a bit pink, especially at the temporal peaks, the peaks are very pink and it would be nice if they were not so pink but I guess that is just what happened with hair transplants. The donor area seems to be well healed with no obvious signs of surgery, at the weekend I will buzz the back and sides with a #2 and that might give me an interesting view of the donor area. The native hair on top is growing back but very slow, its still very short. More than half the transplanted hairs shed but there is still plenty of stubble there, it just hasn't grown, I think this is normal though. I started using Regaine 3 weeks ago although I don't know how big a difference this will make because the crown and furlough are quite dense anyway, it would be cool if things got even thicker and fuller though. I guess I will keep using Regaine because its meant to be kind of good. I started using regular shampoo again, I use Head and Shoulders every 2 days, I'll mix it up with some nice fragranced shampoo soon. And that's it really. I guess its all just a waiting game from here. I wish I could speed up the clock but I can't. I'm staying dry of drink and cigarettes until April to err on the safest of safe sides. Its all a waiting game now. I plan on updating this thread from month 3 onwards.
  19. Cool man that's interesting. Wtf, like! It all sounds a bit f**kd up. The fun never ends here does it lol!? This bottle of women's Regaine is legit, a girl bought two bottles of it at a local shop and just doesn't want to use it any more.
  20. I was thinking that myself and it totally makes sense. If Regaine became too pricey I'd say most men would just say "f**k it" and they wouldn't use it. Even though its already pricey enough lol.
