  1. Right. His FUE prices are €2.67 per graft. So let's say you need about 2,000 grafts. That's €5,300. Is the hotel and taxi included in that price? Or is it added on separately?
  2. Wow. Ok cool. He has a few dates available before the end of the year. He has offered me this package where a taxi driver collects you from the airport and you stay 3 nights in a nearby hotel. How much extra does that cost, or does it cost extra at all?
  3. I know its cheeky to ask but is there any way to get discounts off Dr Saifi? Like, if you let him use your pics for Insta do you get a discount? Or if someone cancels an appointment can you take a procedure on short notice at a reduced rate?
  4. Cool. Just wondering because in some of his pics the patients do not have a fully shaved head. Anastasakis has told me that in most cases he only shaves the donor area. Do they only really shave the full head if they need to add density to parts that are not fully bald? I mostly just need my hairline done (mostly temporal) but there's a tiny bit of thinning behind the hairline and it would be nice to fatten that up too.
  5. I'm considering either Dr Saifi or Dr Anastasakis myself. Was it neccesary to shave the head with Saifi. His work looks amazing.
  6. Brothers in struggle is right mate. The assistance and community support here is brilliant. The clinic I attended in Dublin are the most well-known in Ireland. They pride themselves on being ethical, however, I think they have not updated their skillset since they opened 17 years ago. They are also one of the most expensive clinics in the world. I think I'll choose either Dr Saifi in Poland or Dr Anastasakis in Greece. Thanks, I'll share my journey here when I have a procedure.
  7. Yes, that's right, that is fantastic stuff. There really is a job for you doing this. Great guide! Not too big an increase in the grafts is right, an extra few hundred is all. Thanks very much!
  8. Awesome! Great to know all this. Can't wait to get an awesome transplant from a brilliant surgeon now.
  9. Aha. Now I see. I am learning so much here it is like a university degree on hair transplant surgery ha! Flares, temporal peaks and temporal points - got ya! So you reckon perhaps flares/temporal point work should be done, but I don't really need anything done on my temporal peaks - interesting! I will be sure to mention all of these points from now on whenever I contact transplant professionals. Thank you kindly for your assistance. Is it likely that the temporal points will recede? I started using finasteride and Regaine recently. Also is it true that balding slows down in the 30's/40's?
  10. Ok, interesting and good to hear a surgeon's opinion here. Can you tell me/demonstrate what is flaring near the temples/a lower hairline? I'm confused as to what you mean by working on my temple points, and this term "no flat recession."
  11. Thanks for your opinion. Now that I've heard from lots of people and I've seen some alternative hairlines I think I'll go explore more aggressive options. Thanks for the help and support
  12. Yeah, I much prefer the temple work and nicer frame that you have applied. Thanks very much buddy.
  13. Well, this is incredible, this has really changed my perspective on things. The artwork here is pretty good ha! You should be charging for this new Oxford expertise. This design makes a huge difference. The low-hanging neanderthal brow can take a hike! Perhaps not double the grafts but a lot more for sure. I was wondering why this clinic qouted me only 1,200 - 1,500 grafts while two other quality surgeons estimated 1,800 and 2,000 respectively. Maybe, and hopefully, those two other surgeons were plotting temple work like this when they were assessing my pictures.
  14. Wow! Now that would be totally amazing. Totally awesome. That would really delight me but I must wonder is a hairline like that really achievable? It would definitely make a huge difference to my aesthethics. You should be a professional hairline designer. That's a pretty impressive design
  15. Wow. That sounds amazing! I'll go and research this tonight. Cheers
  16. Wow - a net zero change - that's very disheartening. If that's the case I will reconsider surgery if this is the only improvement that I can avail of. The reasoning that they tend to give is that a much lower hairline looks unnatural at a later stage in the future. I see. I guess I'll probably have to wait another 6 months to see if finasteride works, which is kind of a bummer.
  17. I see I see. I can take finasteride and I have just started taking it but finasteride can lose efficacy after 8 years or so. The crown doesn't seem to be slipping away too fast. It is about 11 years since my receding hairline was first noticed. I never used Regaine or finasteride up until 3 months ago.
  18. I see. Hmmm. That's a bit disheartening because I really want a super good aesthethic improvement (if that's even possible). I think my forehead has always been a bit big depending on what way you look at it. Temple work would be great - do you think the temple work in this design is efficient or could it be better? I am 30 and I started taking finasteride 3 months ago, I also started using Regaine 2 weeks ago.
  19. Ah, a subtle change. Hmm that wouldn't be mind-blowing! I'm hoping for a "wow" change rather than a subtle change.
  20. What do you guys mean when you say conservative? Do you mean they should use more grafts? Or do you mean they should lower/widen the hairline much more? Etc etc? I am 30 years old. Those are super high definition photographs taken under a super bright light, capturing the nature of the hair (and unfortuneatly the true horrors of my whole appearance lol).
  21. Hi guys, I had a nice friendly meeting with some HT professionals in Dublin, Ireland, today. They drew a hairline on my head to show me what they would like to do should I opt for a transplant with them. They are very ethical and they do their best to deliver realistic results with a long-term view. Below I will attach picturs of their new proposed hairline. It would be great to hear what people think. Personally I was hoping that they would propose a wider hairline; covering the temples with more depth. They estimated that they would do this procedure with about 1,500 grafts, maybe even less. I thought that was a nice number because a hairline pro in Turkey estimated that I would need more than twice that many.
  22. Sure There's one on this forum, its one of the first reviews that pops up here when you type in HDC. There are also (like most clinics) a handful of bad reviews on Google too.
