  1. Looking good Mario, The hardest time is over so enjoy now you regrowth. we’ll be waiting for updates to see how things are progressing. wishing you all the best ✌️
  2. Hi Artofeden, hope you’re well and safe during this hard time! I personally think your result is good, considering where you started from. Having an HT involves some specific factors, like hairs diameter, color of your hair vs skin, density in donor area, how stable your Alopecia was, etc etc. From the pictures you didn’t seem to have the greatest conditions to achieve the greatest result. I agree it’s not astonishing and some areas lack of density, but overall it seems it changed your immagine and kind of fixed the issue. Looking at your latest update the donor area seems to be quite proved, considering how short you cut your hair I don’t know exactly what will be the best actions to take. Bear in mind that another HT could definitely ruin your donor creating wider empty space at the back of your head, so this needs to be carefully planned. I feel like recommending you to get quotes from doctors who also use beard (BHT), mainly to use in the middle scalp and/or vertex. Also minoxidil might help but I never used it so I cannot help much. mine is just a personal and honest thought having had a look at many other HTs. I wish you all the best
  3. It looks fantastic, so happy for you! this result is brilliant and the haircut really suits you. happy days ahead ✌️
  4. Good morning people, here below my +7 months update! I would normally say that my progress is steady and things are slowly improving, however I’ve noticed quite few hairs falling while brushing them, all coming from the recipient’s area( right behind my hairline and I think they’re transplanted hair?!). Also a small amount of hairs from the donor seems to come off quite easily; it feels like they’re super fragile though. Not sure if that’s normal, did anyone else experience a small loss 6/7 months after the surgery? Hairs quality still lacks but I guess it will improve over the next few months. unfortunately everywhere I go barbers’ shops are closed due to the COVID restrictions, so I still didn’t manage to get an haircut. Couple of pictures are under sunlight so a bit “extreme”. Of course my hairs are not brushed, so this is how I woke up today.
  5. Thanks Suzana, perhaps I thought a good haircut could potentially maximise the impact the HT is having on my image. I’ll certainly keep hair longer on top, I just need to “level” them 😂 Thanks a lot for being always present, you guys are amazing and deserve some great compliments
  6. I’m sorry Miko that after 4500 grafts the result still shows a lack of density. I actually agree density is too low considering all the grafts used in a quite “relative small” area. You started from a quite good situation where only the hairline was in need to be redesigned. Styling your hair down helps a lot though, comparing to the picture you brushed them up.Still not satisfactory, but at least you can manage to cover a little better. I hope you’ll get things sorted and recover your happiness as soon as possible.
  7. I’m glad to feel your happiness mate, that’s the most important thing. At the current, only 5 months post surgery2, your result looks already fab! congrats
  8. Thanks Egy! I absolutely agree it’s already an acceptable results. I am indeed in need to get an haircut as I didn’t manage to get one since I had my surgery in August( I just cut a bit by myself on the sides). Living in the UK didn’t help as Barbers were closed since then though🤦‍♂️ I recently moved back to Italy so hopefully next update I should have it done. However I look much better in person rather than in photos. Thank you for you nice words, I appreciate it!👍
  9. Thanks John! yes definitely I feel a remarkable difference comparing to month 5. Hoping it’ll keep going over the next few months✌️ thank you for your positive support
  10. Hi guys, here below the 6 month update! I’m generally happy with my progress, hoping to get even more improvement over the next few weeks. puctures are under direct light and a bit extreme to judge the result, but this is to better show my hair density. What do you guys think about?
  11. Yeah that makes sense! wow, I’m impressed of how quickly the whole area is recovering to be on your second HT. Great, we’ll keep patience then 🤦‍♂️😂
  12. Thanks mate, I appreciate your support! You can see in that picture that hairs are still thin on the front area; when their own volume will improve they’ll manage to cover more scalp I guess. looking forward to the next months Thank you HelpfulFriend ✌️
  13. Thanks a lot Mario for your kind words! I’m getting better week by week, but gently 🤦‍♂️😂 I cannot manage to spot any new hairs as my hairs are longer now and they cover more the scalp. It will be nice to understand in what percentage the grafts implanted have regrowth, quite difficult info to obtain unfortunately. However I feel that 30% ( just guessing) of the grafts are still missing, so I’m hoping for better density over the next couple of months. here below a picture at 5.5 months, I kind of brushed my hairs on the front to show what coverage I can get at the moment Please feel free to let me know your honest thoughts
  14. Hi Mario, From the pics it seems the donor is getting better! Also your scalp isn’t as pink(red) as 3 weeks ago. I know it will still take some time to completely recover, but I feel is progressing well✌️
  15. Hi Mario, how’s going? Is the donor slowly recovering?
  16. Thanks John AC71, thing are getting a little better week by week. Next couple of months can still make some major changes so I’m super curious to see how it goes too! Thanks for supporting, I appreciate it!
  17. Hi Vpac, as I said I can see a little and slow progress week by week, just hoping for more density. I started from a difficult situation with all front area completely empty, so I feel like I’m chasing a miracle. thanks a lot for your support ✌️
  18. Excellent progress MichaelID! I feel your satisfaction and excitement for such a great achievement after only 6 months and there is still a long way ahead. Brilliant ✌️
  19. Hi guys, here below my 5 month update. The improvement of my immagine is slow but progressive. Density is still lacking in certain area, particularly on the left side who’s slightly behind. It’s only 5 months since I had my surgery so I have no pressure yet to come to any conclusion and I keep being positive hoping for more grafts to regrow. Pictures are on different lighting so you can all have a better understand of how it looks like at the moment. I started I was completely bold on the front head, I have now a new hairline( still not perfect but it suits me well😚). Please guts let me know your honest opinion, at 5 months I was expecting a little more( like everyone else I believe)but at the same time I’m happy of a “better framed” face. Have a great day
  20. Hey Mario, first of all congratulations for such a change on your first HT: that was incredible! It seems all good at one month! Shockloss is a very common “issues” that many HT patients experience over the first few months.Have you reached the clinic to check this with them? I believe it will recover in a few weeks, considering you’re now on finasteride. Also your first HT was done via strip so I don’t believe after your first FUE that it will stay like that. It’s going to look better, don’t worry!💪
  21. Hi Quandora, it’s still too early to come to any conclusion, however i can feel your concerns. zooming the pictures I can see shorter hairs on the scalp, like new hairs growing. also your hairs are still thin in the photos, it will be better when they’ll get thicker. it’s only halfway through the Final result
  22. Wow! It looks great! I’m confident it is going to make a big difference in your appearance in a few months time. I believe you made the right decision going for a FUE after your first strip surgery. The hair/grafts number is really good and potentially should cover your scalp with a discrete density. keep it up mate, it’ll be a good one!✌️
