I have a fine hair caliber ! Im at 6 months now and decent results so far hoping for maturation for the final 6 months to provide more coverage. I feel like fine hair folks have a slightly longer waiting period for a great aesthetic effect due to the hairs growing in finer at first as they sprout eventually normalizing to your normal caliber due to maturation. @Rolandas has an awesome result 👌

Yes my thought as well ! @Ajamilo has great hair caliber as well so coverage should be much more apparent and it looks great in terms of growth so far !

Yes that would be great. Maturation of the Diameter of the hair shaft would bring a good amount of added coverage i assume

This is an example of what i perceive to be grown transplanted hair that have yet to mature. In this photo (myself at 6 months) the transplanted area is visible. Is this a good example of hairs that have grown but are still not yet mature ? Or is this possibly what it could be in the final result

Its great to know! I feel like anticipation and a little bit of anxiety at what could be with the final 6 months , I am satisfied yet another chunk of growth could transform it into a home run ! I see alot of claims of full growth after 6 months and i guess it makes it a little nerve racking even though it shouldn't be !

I was actually going to ask about this ! 1.Since i got a transplant on the hairline , would applying dermmatch and/or fibers to my crown everyday be an issue ? 2. Would applying concealers during the 12 month growth window be an issue after a hair transplant ? 3.if dermmatch dosent come off with water. How is it removed after ?

Just at 6 months after my procedure i dont think my scar is noticeable when i brush my hand down the back of my head, and i know its there. If someone brushes thier hand on the back of your head and you had your procedure 6+ months ago i would think it would be near impossible to feel

Hi everyone, just want to show everyone what a difference "cascading" the hair makes at just 6 months. I have a feeling some may post their photos while alot of their native hair is giving a "fuller effect" In these photos my hair is worn normally instead of combing all my native hair to the middle for photos. Safe to say I will be super content just for the hair to mature and thicken at this point during the next 6 months before pre op and now

I have been on fin for nearly a year now, no thicking or regrowth but noticeably less hair shed than when i was not. My hair is also alot less oily than it was prior !

Can toppik be a probability? Otherwise it seems likely it was done a while ago. At the anthony joshua fight he had a very thick beard and was wearing a hat (If you notice as well his sideburns are grown out)

I dont think logan got a hair transplant yet, on one of his latest podcasts he mentioned thinking about taking a trip to turkey and his co-host agreed with him as well as he has minor hairloss this youtuber named more plates more dates often covers hairloss topics and he posted the clip from logans podcast

This is awesome for 6 months and its a life changing result already ! 👌 I guarentee no one would ever think this would be a transplant in regular day to day life

I have been happy with the growth from the past 6 weeks, i am now at the point where i will be fully content with about 25% more growth or even maturation to provide some more coverage FUT dosent bother me either and at 25 planning for future surgery is always a priority. At the beginning truthfully i was a little surprised with the scar shortly post op, but it healed so nicely and i would even be willing to cut my hair down around the sides to a 1 or 2 , it does not bother me in the least tbh.

I feel this way right now being at 6 months even with how happy i am i cant help but be anxious hoping for more density and coverage 😂alot of guys see a similar "final result" at six months and even play down that growth happens after 6 months. Would love to see more examples of cases where significant growth happened from 6-12

Hello everyone , Happy 2021 ! I thought i would share my near 6 month result. I am 3 days away from 6 months officially ! So ideally what i like to do when taking photos is to brush all native hair to the center of the head to expose the transplanted area conpletely, for the reason that if i would leave it normally the hair would be almost blended in with the native hair. I am very happy so far but yet i do feel a little worried about the "density" at 6 months as you can see that the scalp still seems a little bit visible when the transplanted area is isolated. For the experienced members here who have seen alot of cases, should i expect much more in terms of thickening up of the hair to the point of "full coverage" i see alot of guys with crazy results at 6 months and although i am content since i can actually blend all my hair together at this point it would be awesome to get another 30-35 percent if possible !

Oh yeah for sure i was on rogaine foam as well for 10 months. I even continued using for 2 and a half months after my transplant on the transplanted area but decided to stop it all together. It was recommended to take it after the transplant as well but gave it up about 10 weeks post op. I started using the rogaine last November uniquely on the crown as im a nw3v with crown thinning although it isnt that bad yet. I did not get any regrowth on the big 3 (fin,min and niz) but i suspect that finasteride has been doing its job well as im the same hair wise as last year. Actually all of my loss occured at 21 to 22 and has stayed the same since. (I am now 25) I am interested in dutasteride as finasteride has not given me any sides and i am content with it. Alot have gotten regrowth on switching to dut ! Ultimately the best course of action maybe to switch to dutasteride when i notice further loss
