  1. The mousse has to go before the blowdryer unfortunately 😩... i must say volumizing mousse is absolutely amazing for people with fine hair such as myself ! Great product for HT enhancement along with the other products 🙂
  2. I applied it after and it worked out well thank you ! One thing though... it seems like i got abit of hair fibers on my shirt 😂 do these wash out ?
  3. Can dermmatch be applied to dry hair and scalp ? Reason for the question is i would like to try out volumeizing mousse (since i have a fine hair characteristic) which i would need to apply and blow dry and would like to go for a slick back style ! I would be applying uniquely to the crown
  4. Hi melendezam Seeing how you're moving 3500 grafts and you are getting your first operation my opinion would be to exercise FUT first to maximize donor capacity over the long term incase you would reach NW6. Hasson and wong is an awesome choice and since they are a top clinic the scar should heal great ! In my own experience i visited Dr.Rahals clinic and i couldnt be happier with how my scar healed. I got a hair cut for the first time several weeks ago and went almost to a 2 and the scar didnt even seem visible
  5. I had a very similar hairline and it stayed the same from 20 until 25 , it really depends on your family history.I would definitely start the preventive treatment and monitor your hairline for a year or so before getting a hair transplant. This will also allow you time to research. I myself have personally noticed much less hair shed when starting finasteride although no regrowth.
  6. Oh he has stopped doing FUT as of this year ! I was one of the last FUTs i guess 🙂
  7. Awesome result congratulations man !! 👏👏👌
  8. Yeah i have not seen a negative review honestly, and my experience with his clinic and my time there is incredible. Everyone including him and his team are top class 👏👌 He actually has moved on to just FUE now ! I think strip is still a relevant procedure especially for high norwoods who are getting their first surgery but i completely see the appeal behind FUE and the FUEs that ive seen from rahal are phenomenal
  9. Thanks as well 🙏 its so exciting , truthfully I haven't had hair like this in over 10 years 😅 Im appreciative for any improvement from this point on but cant wait to debut it and get my first hair cut from a barber since 2018 🙏
  10. Hello halo You clearly have not watched my video and are making an attempt at trolling, if you are somehow serious and are fixated on one picture where scalp is shown under a giant light with flash where i have parted my hair i suggest not ever getting a hair transplant. I can gaurentee if someone with a hair transplant parts their hair and takes a photo with a flash their scalp will show 100 percent of the time, most guys if not all guys do not take pictures of their hair transplant with parted hair and flash. I personally suggest You should than in turn focus on hair systems instead.
  11. Yeah sometimes when i pull my hair back to expose it (im assuming hes talking about the picture) i pull back some of the transplanted hair as well (by accident most of the time since its hard to tell native from Transplanted at this point) Its fully covered albeit it is slightly thinner than native hair density which i would think even with full eventual maturation is completely normal as its not conceivable to replicate original hair density with any hair transplant. Photos with lighting and flash on certain areas can make any perception on a transplant to be either great or average depending on those certain contexts to which is why a transplant is also considered an "illusion of density" (when compared to our natural densities) its hard to understand this for inexperienced transplant enthusiasts and understandably so , I myself have learnt alot after getting my first procedure done but im thrilled with the density thus far and it looks great in almost every scenario ! im excited to see how it matures, in some instances i would even say it seems like i have almost double what i had before so its awesome ! wont complain about further maturation or 4 hair sprouts although 😁
  12. Oh i see , thanks for the clarification ! Always interesting to see the breakdown indeed
  13. For sure ! Hopefully some 4 hairs continue to sprout 😁
  14. Hi halo , Thanks ! Im pretty content with the density although i appreciate it
  15. My pleasure 😁 what do you find interesting if you dont mind me asking ?
  16. Hello Giegnosiganoe, Thank you ! Sorry embarrassingly enough i am forgetting what hair/graft ratio is truthfully... are you referring to graft survival rate or grafts planted per cm2 ? In any case 50 grafts per cm2 were planted if i am not mistaken for a high density coverage and as for the caliber i am a medium-fine hair patient Below ill leave my surgery statistics as well !
  17. Thanks man , looking at the old photos and comparing now i am thrilled. Anything else would be extra i absolutely love it 🙂
  18. https://youtu.be/_7hXsHgu1ug Update 7 months (well 6 days away from 7) Here is my video ! Not so sure about the quality hope it looks good 😅 looking at it in this lighting its incredible how its came along. Compare and contrast from the beginning
  19. Oh definitely , i have yet to venture out into the public without wearing a hat since 2018 !! I will be doing so shortly when i can get my hair cut (on the sides most likely i would love to leave the top long and "messy") even with @Melvin-Moderatorgreat self cut tutorial video im afraid im going to mess up 😅 unfortunately all the barbers are closed as well Its such an incredible feeling but its why we go through the meds and surgery in the first place ! I am also excited to try out concealers and styling products as well 🙂
  20. Sure 😁 Ill post some tonight after i shower and dry my hair , maybe ill do a video as well !
  21. Hi halo ! It is pretty much exactly the same as the pictures above ! The hair is pretty much blended in and looks like a full head of hair with the native hair if i expose the transplanted area it is slightly thinner than the native hair. Nearing 7 months and im really happy considering where i was before. Maturation could even possibly make it better which is awesome. Ill probably be making a video update around 10 months, when the hair is dry and i come out of the shower it looks awesome running my hand through it looks very natural to the hairline. I included a picture of me pulling my native hair to the left and right to expose the transplanted area completely. Keep in mind when i dont have an over oily scalp the transplanted hair looks even better since it dosent bunch together.
  22. Wow great result and great hair style !! 👏👏 looking back at your 6 month results it seemed to have thickened/matured quite well , would you say that you noticed quite a difference personally from that 6 month mark until now?
  23. I am not sure how many microns ! I actually have not heard of that term before... here are my stats of my first HT
  24. Oh definitely, all doctors have told me that fine hair needs more grafts per cm2 to create better coverage thats why it was important for me to go at a high graft per cm2 in my recipient zone.
