Well cost was a factor i will be honest but the scar really wasnt a concern with me ! It has healed quite well and i actually do not even hide it ! I have been on finasteride for 10 months now, i feel like i have stabilized but unfortunately no regrowth... i have been thinking about dutasteride but will only go there once i feel finasteride is no longer effective. I notice much less hairs in the shower since starting. I am 25 years old !

Oh no he still does FUTs , the waiting game has been the hardest but patience is key. Hopefully every month sees great improvement

Hello everyone ! I went to get my 3003 graft FUT done at Dr.Rahals clinic last July, the experience was amazing and i cant say enough great things about the team there ! Highly recommend to anyone thinking of getting the procedure done. Here is my month to month progress. I will post pre op to now in order (currently 4.5 months post op) thanks everyone 🙂

Hello everyone, after a transplant is it normal to have itchy episodes within the recipient area at 4.5 months? I have dandruff so im wondering if its the cause of it but i cant be sure. Has anyone had itchiness around this time after thier operation ?

Hello everyone ! I had a transplant around 4 and a half months ago. Today i may have recieved a small static shock from my fridge door when next to the recpient area 😪 In question , how safe are grafts after the initial two week period and what would it take to disrupt growth ? Could something like a shock kill a graft at this point or a substance that comes in contact with the recipient area ? Thanks to all !

hello everyone, i am now 10 weeks post op and i had a question. I have been taking rogaine on my transplanted area since day 14. If i were to quit rogaine now , would it have a negative effect on my graft growth ?

hello. When can i have full pressure showers after HT (hitting the recipient area) ? Can you use too much shampoo? Thanks

Hello melvin ,Awesome to see you went through the same scenario ! I have a oddly specific question than. Did you ever get the wind of the ac near the grafts? I am a very paranoid person but im just hoping the there was no chemical liquid that could affect the grafts as it was a little "misty" maybe its paranoia maybe its actually concerning 🤷♂️

For example something like vinegar as well ? Nothing of scent can harm hair grafts that are relatively new ? -
hello everyone , i heard that chemicals can cause damage to a hair transplant. I smelt an open bottle of hertel thinking that it was filled up with water (we use to use it as a push push for water) i was also around the smell of vinegar. Can smell hurt hair grafts ? I am 2 months post op. Thank you everyone
