Have your shaved your head before?

Yes, I did when I started medications not to see hair shedding. People told me why I did it, however i didn't take pics of myself. I have only photos when I had a buzzcut. I have a strange head so I think I look better with hair, however the real problem is my weight, I'm skinny and with a shaved head I look like a cancer patient.

    Thanks for your post, guys!

  2. I don't like my head shaved, but the fact is that I fear I would have to shave my head in the future if the transplant fails, hair loss goes on etc. and in this case I'd have also scars from FUE or FUT. For this reason I'd never go with a FUT because the scar would be big, white dots are far less noticeable but still visible...

  3. Hello to everyone, I'm 24 and norwood 3a and I'm considering to have an hair transplant as soon as I get 25. However, even if hair loss depresses me, I'm a bit hesitant on the idea: both FUT and FUE leave scars, and it means that, if needed, because the transplant go wrong or my MPB progresses even with Finasteride I will not be able to shave my head without doing other expensive procedures. Has someone gone through this?

  4. Fortunately if Breezula comes out and it works it could be taken with Finasteride to block DHT systemically and also topically (along with T in this case). I think no MPB could not be stopped in this case.

For @azza786, I'm only norwood 3a and so I can only imagine your actual situation, but I hug you and encourage you to try SMP to cover your scars.

  5. According to dr Vikram Jayaprakash and dr Russel Knudsen, who was in the 80s in the group of doctors that made the first studies on the molecule, studies which established that therapy should be twice a day, new research suggested that Minoxidil can be used once a day, both in liquid and foam form, because it has an 18 hour half-life and using it twice a day doesn't bring any significant outcome. What do you think?

  6. Thank you very much for the articulated question. I had blood work done before I interrupted finasteride, T was in the high range of normality and prolactine was fine.

A physician visited me and said I had nothing, even if for precaution he suggested me to make a pause. My chest is fine, as my areola, totally flat, I noticed only these nipples go erect more often, so that they would be visible under my tshirt. No itching, tenderness or other things. I had balls ache some months ago and so I began to be suspicius regarding side effects. I took some photos when it happened, I could attach them here.

  7. It was in a 2013 morning, I stayed awake all the night to study for a school classwork, then, while I was dressing to go to school I looked in the mirror and I noticed that my temples were receding. I was 17.

However, hair loss didn't really bothered me much at the time until when I was 20 a girl I liked said that receding hairline and baldness were a deal breaker for her.
