@rsb, the crown with top areawill need 3000+ grafts, we don't see clear photos of your frontal, so I'll assume you'll 5000+ for frontal, top and back. Seems like a NW5 (maybe 6 slight), I don't see your donor, but due to narrow top area (which is good), I assume your donor is very strong and can do 5000+ grafts in single session under 3 days of surgery, HDC clinic specializes with giga sessions without overharvesting your donor. I'm with @Melvin- Admin, I wouldn't reccomend another HT, your hair looks perfect. If you'll fill that small area, there's a good chance you'll feel the new result won't be homogenous enough and not because the clinic did a bad job, you'll need to do 55-60 grafts per cm to make that risk smaller. That square draw won't give you a natural hairline at all, it's even aggressive for women's HT pattern, unless is that what you're aiming for.

It depending on the quality of the donor, some candidates are eligible for 6000+ giga sessions under 3 days surgery in a single visit. At HDC we specializes withFUE procedures since 2003, and in the recent years we perform successful giga sessions without overharvesting the donor, additionally we treat with 4 days post op care with washing and cleaning both donor and recipient area so the grafts will be absorbed before the patient depart back home.

Around 4500-5000+ grafts for full coverage with good density. Very good donor, this full coverage job can be done under 3 days of surgery.

Back head donor has most of the multi grafts, the sides have more single grafts, however it varies between every patient. As mentioned above, at HDC clinic we also split double grafts to singles under microscopes.

Actually on my 1st repair of my frontal area I had that "ugly duck" season go through, the 2nd repair was easier, and now I felt from the start like I have no trauma at all. BTW, your transformation is superb 👍🏻

Better if you can grow your hair for 3-4 weeks to get a better estimation. Seems like blonde thin hair, for good density you'll need as mentioned above 5000-6000 grafts for frontal and middle scalp, crown can be done 2nd procedure, if you have good beard it will make the density better in the middle scalp and crown. I agree. Our default at HDC is to offer this "balanced" donor as a default solution for candidates that were botched by hair mills and bad doctors, by only make ecstatic punch repair job, the patient will have easier and more affordable way to make his donor more homogenous, transplanted grafts to the donor can be considered and discussed for personal assessments.

Yes indeed! My donor is balanced now and still good to use if I'll want to do another HT in the future, let's hope it's my final dance 😄

Post 2 months result, I want to focus on my healing process healing here: My donor area recovering very fast clean and sharp. My scalp donor from the letral humps, behind the ears, and upper sides beard look barely touched. Receipt area has no redness at all, I feel very confident like I had no procedure, can't wait to update with new hairs over the crown and frontal touch up😉

Good candidate with good healthy donor, you have Caucasian curly hair that won't be hard to punch which means you can have a big session without overharvesting, in the long hair photos you look NW3, with shaved around NW4, seems you'll be at least NW5 in the future.
