  1. Hey 68bird. Vielkommen! (welcome) You have any pics you can upload? If not, do you know your NW level and what your looking for/goals, etc?
  2. Well, went out to store w/o hat or any weird styling this evening, just combed it and out the door (felt confident). It seems the roller coaster lives up to its name. After I posted the pic the other day, it seeed my hairline looked worst the next day, BUT, it seemed by that night, it looked pretty good again. Since then, it seems every 1/2 day, the hair is becoming denser. Today, it had became ever more dense. Like every morning, I'm seeing a noticeble difference. it is looking really good now and is going to look great when it grows out and matures. Have court in the morning, and will be wearing it w/o weird combing forward "and such," and this Judge and DA have not seen me since the April 28th preliminary. Back then, I looked like I was thinning, hair sticking in all directions, and trying to conceal it. NOT TOMORROW. I hope they remember how I use to look. Tomorrow, I will be "pimping" the full head of hair look.
  3. Bill, sure am, thanks buddy! and it's ONLY 19 weeks tomorrow.
  4. Hdude, yea the other surgeries were small, like 100-150 each time at Lathams and NHI was around 800. The first, not sure on count, they called it the medium session. As for future loss, I'm hoping the avodart will not lose it's effectiveness. My maternal grandfather had a full head of hair, just a high forehead. So I know it skip generations. But I don't think anyone had a severe case of hair loss in my family (knock on wood). My cousin is 31, and he has a full head of hair on him. Still deciding, I take MSM at 1000 mg and Biotin 2000 micrograms. Business Teacher, thanks! Ron J , as always thanks and Keep up those quotes There deep! And thanks guys!
  5. Mane, you're going to be right there! Like Eman said, the toughest part is the waiting!
  6. I think I understand you question, but me, like a lot of guys here can better judge you question if we know the doctor. We have trust issues with certain doctors. Also, what did the Dr. want to have (density wise) in the hair line? 40 can work if it is worked back to the crown, but hairline, depending on hair color/chararacteristics needs to be around 55-60.
  7. Mane, you're looking great! That scar will disappear in another month! Trust me. You are looking GREAT!! Welcome to the full head of hair club (Like E)!!!
  8. Ron J, Dr. Hasson wanted me to HAVE a perfect head of hair. He hooked me up! He saw the middle part of my head, its been like that since 1994, so he wanted to hit that area.
  9. What does x2 mean? I am happy! There is a way to blow up the pic and see how it's detailed. You can see each individual hair coming out. I tried to upload the pic, maybe Bill or Jotronic can help me out. I have the perfect hairline pic, just not sure how to upload. You will LOVE IT!!!! and this is the harshest light!
  10. Pushing 40, you sure look like your pushing mid 20's/ you look GREAT!
  11. Not sure on density. Next time I talk to H&W, I'll ask and update. Thanks for the comment!
  12. Thanks guys. HairDew, Good point. I could knockout 2 birds w/ 1 stone. I hear Dr. Lindsey is great w/ revisions also. Mane, I am worried about that no expression look too. Somebody JUMPS out from behind a corner and I show no expression. Like, dude, you totally didn't scare me.
  13. I love them both, Just bustin there chops http://hair-restoration-info.c...=934102962#934102962

  15. Thanks E and Clint. LMS, Dr. Hasson said I have a bunch of donor left, around 5,000. I'd like to look into scar revision from all the previous surgeries. Dr. Hasson didn't want to remove too much from the previous scar, because the amount he removed would not have too much tension ( BTW, the sides of my head Dr. Hasson went up to, I can't even see a scar). Next time, I'd like to just have the old scar removed; but it's just in 2 parts (the photo at 5 wks shows it. In the left and right back, not in the middle (the middle has no scar for some reason). I know, after 9 surgeries, it's like a rubix cube. Again, I appreciate all the support and friendship from you guys.
  16. Man, what was I thinking going to Hasson & Wong, when Dr. Larry was right there. I could kick myself!
  17. Does he have any pics were he totally recreates someone's front, not just thickening of patients whom already have plenty of native hair? I mean, if someone like Business Teacher went to him, what could he expect? I know not the 7,000 (that's a rarity), but realistically.
  18. I would NOT return to that doc using the mini-graft technique. Find a doc on here that can give you a natural look. And 6 months is way too soon. Scar is likely to stretch.
  19. I was taking some photos for something else (reason there not from top down/back, etc.) and decided to toss a few in my weblog. I'm thinking about having botox for my forehead wrinkles. Does anybody have any experience about researching docs for this procedure or is botox pretty simple for any qualified dermatologist? Thanks

  21. A FU is a natural bundle grouping of 1-3 hairs (sometimes 4), and a mini can be 2-3 FU's in one graft and are divided not according to nature, but at the doc's leisure. In the early mini days, it was an over-sized "plug" that was quartered.
  22. Yea, the scar looks great. Take it easy for 3-6 months with exercises that puts tension on the scar/neck area and the scar will be pristine.
