Hey mate. Sitting tight for another month and hoping things will improve. Dr Sethi said that things are on slower side and everyone is different. Told to wait for another 2 months. No, there is no difference in 3rd and 4th month. I am a little worried as my growth normally would be really fast on top ,back and sides. I had to get haircut fairly quickly all the time. Lets see what happens in Month 5. Cheers

4 month update: Exact 4 months today and if I am honest, its been very hard because growth has been really slow. Most of my grafts were triples and my back and sides grow really fast and are very dense. Next 2 months will be crucial and I am really hoping the things will pick up from here. If you look at the pictures, frontal part has big gaps and no sign of hair at the moment. Same is with the left temple. Shot taken from side angle looks better in the pictures. Here is my daily routine from past one month 1) Hair vitamins 2) Head massage with Avacado oil with few drops of rosemary oil I have added this recently to my routine. All research done on internet as no harm in trying it if it helps with the growth. 1) Cold shower on head 2)Using rice water on head at the end of shower. Leave on for 5 mins before rinsing 3) Hanging upside down for 3 minx so blood rushes to head 4) 2x MSM tablets Apart from the above, I eat daily min 120gm protein, greens such as spinach or broccoli and do exercise like cardio and light weight lifting. Drink 3 litre of water as well. Had a video call with Dr Sethi and he advised to be patient for next two months. Time will tell how things pan out. Stay safe everyone !! Pictures attached !! Thanks mate. Yes, I had PRP before the procedure started. It was a part of it. I have great support from people whom I met here and they got HT at Eugenix as well and are from Ireland too. Therefore after talking to them today decided to give another month and see if any change. I might be a slow grower. However, my back and sides grow really quick. Hopefully things will be better in next 30-40 days. Consulted Dr Sethi via video call and he asked to be patient and see how things turn out in 6 months. Cheers

Not sure if Dr P misunderstood me as he said there will be no shedding in transplanted area if I use Minoxidil. I certainly dont want to use if whatever growth I have in past 4 months will shed. Thanks again

Thanks for quick response Melvin. Dr Pradeep said its ok to use and will speed up the growth and there will be no shedding in the recipient area at this stage. However, I have read that there will be shedding so not sure what is the right way to move forward. I will check rice water and how it can be effective. Thanks

@Melvin-Moderator Pinging you as you might be the best person to ask this. 4 months now and growth is not where one would want to be. This could be purely that I am on zero medication other than taking vitamins, massaging etc. Do you recommend to start using Minoxidil, just on the recipient area. Would this result in shedding of whatever has grown so far and bringing me back to square one? Your advise would be much appreciated. Thanks

Thanks mate.If I look at temples closely, I see tiny baby hair. Hope its the sign of first growth Yeah, donor is somewhat still a bit red and patchy. Lets see if this changes in next few months. Will keep everyone posted.

3 months and 12 days. Right in the middle of ugly duckling phase. Some pictures taken just now. Massaging avacado oil every night as scalp gets dry after the wash. What do you all think? I am taking zero medication.

3 months update and latest pictures after hair wash. Scalp gets itchy so using coconut oil and it helps. No new hair. Just the ones that didnt shed are growing. Same with the temples. No Finasteride so growth will take its time.

Thanks Melvin. Not a great sight to look in the mirror haha.... With the corona virus pandemic, I have been asked to work from home. So not using any concealers from past 7 days and wont be for another week. Its good to leave scalp free from everything for a bit. But yes, concealers are my best friend if I have to go to work :)

Hey bud 2.5 months. Latest pictures just taken No new hair. Only the ones that didnt shed grow longer but I trim them. Being patient !!
