You hit the nail on the head. This form [in my humble opinion] should recommend surgeons, not an umbrella group. There's a reason some franchise stores do better than others (regardless of industry), it's the people who work there. If you don't know the quality of the work there [in that particular clinic/doctor], you cant, in good conscience, recommend it. I think this forum needs more specificity on Eugenix.

I believe that there are some odd behaviors coming from Eugenix. I understand completely wanting to defend your HT clinic, but it seems that every time I see @Ashishmehta chime in on something, it's promo for his clinic. Very little contribution apart from that. I too get bad "vibes".

I think it's tacky AF to be so tied to your clinic. I recognize the skill of other surgeons as well as other member's unique positions that make them favor one doc over the others.

When you become a zealot for your clinic, you loose all credibility in my eyes. This forum is to help others get information, and make an informed decision THEMSELVES.

I'd love to see more Eugenix  recipients post ALL Eugenix HTs, with docs mentioned up front. Information is good for all parties.

OPINION*** The one part I think I'm taking crazy pills for: why the fuck would any business name themselves Eugenix?  https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eugenics

It's literally what humanity used to sterilize and kill "undesirable" people. Holy fuck. This is what Nazis used as basis for their bastardization of Nietzsche for Ubermensch, and the Holocaust of Jews, gypsies, gays, cripples and other "lesser people".

I'm not a business owner, but that name seems like it should have gone through some workshop to tweak.

Sorry, on mobile, was going to link you to the top of this section [but can't format now...]. You raised good points:
    @TaranAdarsh

Good research on the name of this clinic ,  although  i more importantly agree with the umbrella clinic comment. they now have 5 locations

after promising recently, they still haven't posted prices with 100% clarity on their website, so its an issue for me

do we know if 2 Doctors- Bansal and Dr Sethi as recommended here are flying to each of those 5 locations or is there extra charge to have them operate a patient ?   never  got clarity on this one for me

this the key suggestion to mr mehta, if he wants to help other  members, he should contribute on a broader scale and not just chime in on eugenix topics only n only for the sole purpose to defend them showcasing his own results.

this seems more like a paid firewall job; then legit contribution

    Thats what you also doing.

I think you must change name of this thread. If you don't consider any other comments.

And just keep it thread with your clinics where ever you all done your jobs. ..

At least i got guts to share my results in front of community.  But you guys just talk only...

Create fake Id to talk anything on this forum.

If my comments hearts you then you really think I must stand out side of darling buds.....

    Lol.....

If you don't want listen to anything then pleases don't compare 2 clinics

Sorry Mr. Mehta. Never wanted to increase your BP with my comment.  I dont have a fake ID and I let everyone talk, hear their opinions.

I actually admire your results and if you read my original post ( still there) I talked about your results, DHT and some good stuff Eugenix is bringing on board.  So, STOP calling others biased.

    My humble opinion about you:

You need a break, relax as the more you push with these comments, the more you seemed like being derailed from the actual facts/topics ( I mean you are not but the way you comment/write, makes you look like biased, sold, paid for or derailed )

I am all about good surgeons - Dr Bhatti is one and Eugenix " could " be another but I can't say for sure as I never experienced them real time.  So, you shouldn't either as it's vice versa applicable to you also. Now, take these comments with a grain of salt and Enjoy your hair growing phase.  Yes, we are all jealous of your results :)

HLP Toronto - I feel very similarly to the way you feel about Eugenix. I actually read your thread regarding your hair transplant with Dr. Bhatti and it seemed very detailed and well researched. At the moment I feel like I might go with Dr. Bhatti in the future and one of the reasons was for something that you also mentioned in your thread. It was regarding one patient who wrote about them stopping the procedure mid surgery to make him pay for more grafts that they never actually gave him...? It just seemed really strange to me and I honestly don't really feel like dealing with something like that during a stressful procedure like a hair transplant.

The other thing was their pricing isn't very transparent. Some people seem to pay a lot less and some people seem to pay a lot more and I'm not sure why this is... makes me feel like they try to charge foreigners much more money than they probably charge local customers. Either way it just rubs me the wrong way. I don't mind paying more money for a hair transplant and I'd definitely go with eugenix if their results are as good as I've seen but so far I'd need more concrete evidence. Seems like there's always some rave reviews from people who have very little history on this forum and I find it questionable sometimes...

Hi Bruce90, since you've started this thread on  a really good topic  - Here's my 2 cents :

Today, lots of customer traffic ( domestic/international) is going to both clinics  - Darling buds and Eugenix

No doubt on their popularity, fan base  - to each their own.

In fact, in my original thread - I also clearly said if anyone would like to travel to India for HT , these are your 2 best options currently.. patients should themselves explore, research, go with their gut feeling and make a decision.

Transparency, cost structure, time tested strategy and results, long term global reputation, one man army as one doctor, no satellite offices, economical, good patient advisor, staff and a good pollution free city for a nice stay  - these were my reasons to choose Dr Bhatti over Eugenix.  These are also outlined in a detailed manner on my posts.

One more fact- Patient rep from Eugenix ( Satakshi) responded saying they dont give any post op medicines. You have to go and buy youself. I mean who knows whats required, when required, how much to take especially after a surgery, how can one roam around to buy tablets of so many kinds.  even Preop, she said nothing is provided but Dr Bhatti;s clinic excelled in this field both pre op and post op.

I am no one to say Eugenix is not great at what they do, they must be good but all i am saying is my core reasons should be reflected for the community to decide if one is debating whether to go with Darling buds or Eugenix. Before you go and get it done, offcouse, these factors are mentioned above play a critical role in decision making.... afterwards, Yes you do tend to act a bit biased towards " your own doctor" :)

I wish you good luck with whoever you choose, if you end up with eugenix do share, if you go with Darling buds, definitely share........ its an important decision so think and act patiently

The only thing left for you to do right now would be to hold a Eugenix banner and stand outside Dr.Bhatti's clinic.

    Ha ha  ! priceless comment

but to keep it healthy, Yes Mr Mehta got great results. We all admire that and Yes Eugenix could be a good clinic.

But, sometimes its too much exaggeration like poster boys do. For example " no one will touch a  NW 7 except Eugenix who is the sole owner of this skill in India"

Come on, Dr. Bhatti has  performed Operations on Severely bald patients - yes he did with awesome results.

So, this fake news needs to stop and  one should have a balanced approach to his/her opinions.

I use Topik now and again had no problems with it ,I bought some Dermatch recently and must say i am recently impressed with it ,I was a NW 5-6 and had 4200 FUE grafts so no way is that enough for total coverage in the crown ,with the Dermatch my crown is pretty much covered luckily I did have some grafts into the crown so there is hair for the Dermatch to work it's magic  ,best thing about the Dermatch it is waterproof ,so no more swimming hats when I go swimming.

Pic is taken with hair wet with an overhead bathroom light.Normal lighting and hair dry  no thinning visible at all with the Dermatch,  I have yet to sprinkle topik on top of the Dermmatch  I imagine it will help as well.

    20190417_124150.jpg

I would love to wait to see my results, hoping to gain same density as yours although  I was NW 5 A , Dr Bhatti transplanted 3300 grafts on my mid scalp, frontal hairline and lots on crown too.

Even with wet hair, Dermmatch seems to run its magic , however I would say your hair caliber is great by default and seems like they are healthy ones.

Are you new to using Caboki? I use it with absolutely no issues at all. I use two different types of lock in hair sprays. I’m actually going to be in Mexico in a month. I’m gonna film swimming with caboki and dermmatch. It doesn’t come off unless I use shampoo. It’s non-toxic don’t think you have anything yo worry about, some say the ink from the smp is toxic. Not sure I believe that either.

Great if you test and film, share your experience on youtube - i will look for it as i need to make sure fiber+ dermmatch dont come off before trying it public ally this summer myself at a water park with friends n family lol

by the way, not new infact i am a veteran in Hair fiber world since 8 years now.... tried almost every brand....

I know its non toxic but we do inhale it its inevitable..... SMP I thought is a perm solution to fibers/concealers

To me hands down nothing like (NANOGEN). Caboki overpriced and Toppik cause itching because of sheep wool and it gets greenish with son reflection. I am a fibre guru and tried  5 brands. Nanogen is the best of all.

Will try nanogen then... Always thought toppik is best as I have tried a few brands also. But I hope and i am sure, Dr Bhatti's artistic and uniform distribution of 3300 grafts should make my hair look good without the need of any fibers anymore.

SMP can act the same way as dermmatch by reducing the contrast of the scalp. In combination with a hair transplant it could work. I am considering SMP as well just to make it look like I have more hair. The "illusion" of density, but you have continuously maintain the results every so often and I am not sure I want to commit to that. It is much cheaper and quicker to just dab on caboki and hair spray.

I think these are 2 different methods with different results:

SMP - its just minor dots on scalp, scalp tattoo as some call it basically and if you wear longer hair, it might not blend in. its for ppl with #1 or less buzz cut

Toppik Hair fiber - sticks to existing hair shaft, roots, some goes down to the scalp and when brushed together, it creates more density for longer hair that needs some styling. Dermmatch is similar except for the fact that it's not a fiber and is designed for scalp surface only, not for the tip of the shaft... as its basically a tattoo paint

SMP is permanent, caboki and all could be easily detectable, plus wind issues, you can't wear a hat , remove it, wear again. ..with fibers.   plus all those respiratory issues since we inhale them so much, they are all over the place.... could be potentially dangerous for our lungs...

You will never have hair as thick as someone who is not balding. I would prefer you not have a hair transplant than be disappointed. Hair transplants do not create new hair, they simply move pre-existing hair to a new location.

I still have thin spots on my scalp. This will never change. To achieve the ultra-dense look I have to rely on Caboki. Not sure if it’s for life. I’m hopeful that hair cloning will become a reality some day.

I assumed the same :(  However,  I guess after shredding some extra pounds, and gaining some age when I'm in my 50s ( now im 35), i might get SMP done. Best option then, no issue with caboki, hair density, winds lol...

Im sure there will be better innovations by then, but first I will wait for my first HT results, go for 2nd one to gain density if need be and then think about other stuff :)

but it has to suit me which I am sure it will ( it depends on facial dimensions, SMP isnt good for everyone's face )

  11. I would rate that particular clinic with high score if Celebs are some of the ex clients

I mean celebrities have  this constant pressure to look perfect and  paparazzi around them,  perfect artistic work should be done for those cameras. Moreover its health and safety wise, it gives you more peace of mind to know that famous faces have handed over their heads for the entire day to the same doctor :) so you feel like okay.... why not then ...

In my opinion it will make a difference if you continue to use fibres like me in daily basis for self confidence, it needs extra few hairs to gather around. However if you wont use fibres then yes 750 grafts wont do that much. @HLPToronto you really remind me of myself. That quote was a heart breaker to me. "Living in a fool’s paradise;  using  Toppik assuming everything’s fine but somewhere at a deeper level; it continuously bothered me. Finally in 2019;  I made the big decision to get a HT."

Just imagine I didnt go swimming with my son since year 2011 when I started using Fibres to improve my looks after my HT with Rahal. I really cant live without it.

We all have something or more in common :)  I wish you all the best for your upcoming journey to Dr Bhatti India ! This trip should resolve all your outstanding issues

I would also recommend Dermmatch - no match for this product especially  if you want to go swim

Every diffused thinner should keep 1 toppik fiber and 1 dermmatch stick handy always unless you have thick head of hair like dr diep lol

So i have spent hours on this forum reading and looking at pictures.I have decided to go with Dr Tejinder Bhatti .Top reason is his strong resume and their assurance of doctor doing all the procedure.

I am going to have the FUE done on April 24th and will be flying from washington DC on 20th.

Will be staying with my parents in Punjab.

I want to post my experience and really excited for this trip as i am visiting India after 11 years.

Good luck Raj singh, You have made a solid choice in selecting Dr. Bhatti for your HT journey.

My procedure was in march 2019, just a month ago and already seeing some positive movements / results /magic sprouting around my transplanted area. Not sure if you got a chance to review my detailed post

If you have any doubts or concerns , i highly recommend you to spend time as I tried my best to provide each and every minor detail for future Dr Bhatti patients . Overall, i wish you all the best and do share your journey periodically here .... so we keep a track of each other;s progress :)

    All  THE BEST

Well Done HLPToronto, we got the almost same story and worries. You did a great research and studied the market well. I was into 5 doctors (3 in Turkey and 2 in India), however I chose Dr. Bhatti for my future OP in August because he listens very well to the patients and discuss all the matters from A to Z unlike my previous experience with Rahal where he drew a hairline and sent me straight to operation room.

I wish you all the luck in your progress. Keep up the good post. I am so impressed with your writings, very informative indeed.

Dr. Bhatti is a very challenging doctor in repairs as well, he never say NO. Reminds so much of Dr. Umar in utilizing donor (scalp + beard). Money is never a big matter to him compared to customer satisfaction. Indeed an Asian HT gem.

Good Luck Hariri. Just curious based on your signature, seems like you are a veteran  HT expert -

    1. So you had 4 HTs in the past and this would be your 5th HT with Dr. Bhatti ( meeting Bhatti the first time )  ?

    2. I see that you are not on  Fin-astride, rather SAW Palmetto . Do you recommend it ?

    Hi Folks,

I use both Dermmatch and Toppik. Typically Dermmatch right after showering, let it dry followed by Toppik.

I have noticed Toppik has gone down in price, however Dermmatch has slowly but surely gotten more expensive.

Does anyone have a recommendation on a Dermmatch alternative that is a bit more cost effective?

    Appreciate the help

No substitute for Dermmatch, yes they are pricey and getting arrogant with time since this product is one of its kind

Unique I would say.... hair fibers can't match dermmatch quality, results and effectiveness yet.

I hope concealer market makes more products to keep it competitive, just like fiber world has evolved over past few years with caboki, massaki, toppik, and tons of other fibers making the costs go down ( however I think toppik is #1 king of fibers and dermmatch is the king of concealers )

we all need 1 box of each

I got 3013 Grafts with Dr. Bhatti.  I highly recommend him!  If you want to see my results in high def, I posted them on YouTube.

Great Videos Scotttheis, Good luck moving onto the 5th month Journey which I believe is a total game changer for most folks.

Good results as I could already see based on your before/after pics and relevant videos...... Good to see another mate in  Dr. Bhatti's fan club.

Haha you’re not the first person to ask, he’s actually blessed genetically.

He’s said if he ever lost hair he’d get a hair transplant himself, but who would he go to 🤔

I guess he would go to Konior or some one as reputed as they are around the bay area.

He is really blessed. so thick, I mean lots of omega, fish oil and good genetics, diet, stress free life, work out, blood circulation techniques he must be using.
