Hi everyone, How can it be 3 months since my procedure already lol Anyway, I am 3 months to the day, so thought I would post another update. I have been to the barber for the 1st time today. Only got a grade 3 on the back & sides as just wanted a tidy up, and already it is a massive improvement. (no more hats) Still not put any products on my hair yet either. The barber thought it looked good, especially the donor which looks great. With regards to new hair growth, seems to have been a good bit of movement in the past couple of weeks. Although sometimes it looks good and then in other light, not so much. This is also a new camera phone, and the resolution is pretty high. Still taking fin & oral minoxidil. Lots to look forward to but think I am on track. What do you guys think?

Looks great so far mate, you must be well pleased. I'll be doing my 3 month Bisanga update in the next couple of weeks though I don't think I am growing as fast as you!!!

Lack of comments on their posts? I posted 2 month progress pics a few days ago and no one responded. OK there is little to see after 2 months I get it. I am happy to post again at month 3 as this forum was invaluable to my selection process and I feel it only right to "give back." However, if I was to post progress pics again with no response I may think again. That's my opinion and not looking for sympathy post btw lol Maybe my writing or pictures suck haha Oh, and also a little bit of all the options you listed

Also, I haven't had any product in my hair since the before my op. Would it be safe to use a little wax now? Thanks

Hi guys, hoping everyone is well?! Thought I would do another update as I am now 1 day shy of 9 weeks or approx 2 months since my procedure. Not much to report to be honest. Little growth and one side looks weaker than the other. Still not had my hair cut so it looks pretty awful at the moment, and still wearing a cap most of the time outside including the gym. I'm still taking finasteride 0.5mg per day, and I am now taking oral minoxidil. I was prescribed 2.5mg tablets but I have been cutting these in half so far, to get used to them. I have been on the oral minoxidil for just over 2 weeks so far and no side effects. It's time to remain patient and trying not to think about it as much as I can. I will do my next update towards the end of January. Of course, if anything stands out from the photographs please feel free to share. And I hope everyone has a great Christmas & New Year!

Hi guys, Quick update as now approx 1 month post op. Not much to add except I've probably shed about 95% of transplanted hair, although not unexpected It does look like the right hand side has shed a bit more though. I think the donor area has healed pretty well and now it's just a waiting game. There seems to be a thinner patch just above the right temple, which I think may be a bit of shock loss, though not 100% sure. I started wearing baseball caps after day 14 as well as running and light weights again, so my routine is pretty much back to normal again. I might even get the back / sides trimmed in the not too distant future as I'm not a fan of the way it looks at the moment. Any questions or observations, happy to answer. I'll post my next update after around 2 months, so just before Christmas. Thanks
