You should seek the input of a hair restoration surgeon. You should get in-person consults, and I think you should start with Dr. Hasson as he was your surgeon. That is my recommendation and input for you moving forward. We are not surgeons or medical experts on this forum, hence why you are getting varied input on your case. One person could tell you 1000 grafts is adequate, while another could tell you 4000. No one knows before you have had in-person consults. Your case is difficult, that's why I would say online consults wouldn't give you any answers or conclusions.

If I were to guess, your mid-scalp is losing native hairs. I can't find a reason why your transplanted hairs would suddenly fall out.

Melvin should be able to assist in getting in touch with the clinic.

This! I would do what @Chrisno is suggesting here. Go and talk with your surgeon, no one better than Dr Hasson, one of the best HT doctors, to follow up and see what could have happened... But of couse, you could always go for new consults if you feel that way... hope all goes great.

How many month post op you usually reach 90% of final result, for the crown?

I owe you all a picture. And should upload it soon.

It is growing no doubt. I hope it grows more. But this HT calls for another HT for front otherwise it is already starting to look weird.

As for donor loss. I grew my hair long, it is not clear, and would need to take a picture.

@Prof101 how is everything going? ... How is the crown looking? You are half way there since the crown usually takes 14-18 months ... but, what are your feelings about those 1700 grafts?

And how is your donor looking?

You are now right at 7 months postop so it would be nice to see an update.

Don't go on methods and all..tht is just marketing gimmick ....just look for the patient results and reviews of the particular doctor ...looks at the hairline design and look at the results of patients who have similar hairloss as yours .....both the thing you mentioned  is basically fue only but there is a difference in implantation method and evry surgeon prefers methods which they feel comfortable with...tools and methods are only worth if they are in better hands...and only results matter at the end.

-Look for results on public forums

    -Doctor's involvement in surgery

-Doctor's experience and reputation on public forums

Imho the doctor you mentioned don't fit in the above mentioned criteria and you should look for an alternative...thts just my opinion and you can do your own research ...best of luck...

+100000 Totally agree  with @A_4_Archan ... best of luck.

This is donor area post op day 2. Honestly I’m surprised it looks this way (in a good way)  compared to what I have seen others post.

Konior is the king! Is this really, just 2 days postop? He seriously took 2173 from your donor??? ... It looks almost untouched... No wonder he charges $15/graft

@Beamerboy Could you please share some photos of how you look prior to the hair transplant?
