    Your loss doesn't seem aggressive - good sign. Out of your choices I would recommend Dr Pekiner - I personally went with him, Dr Nader is quality as well, Dr Turan I've heard good things, Dr Bicer has been producing mediocre results recently if I'm honest

    I haven't seen many higher norwood results (NW4+) from Pekiner - would have been interesting. HLC are the clinic in Turkey rivaling Pekiner in terms of results at the moment though. Good luck

    Seems whey protein isolate can cause loss, I use whey protein concentrate - according to his study is healthy for hair lol

    I've seen way too many anecdotal reports to believe creatine doesn't accelerate hair loss in people prone to MPB

    Bicer has gained a lot of hype on this forum through a few top tier results, but there are plenty of average ones too. She by the sounds of it has good moral integrity & cares for her patients. She is a good surgeon but not comparable to the top dogs delivering consistent killer results This is turning out decent, not amazing - I think @Dhhhh is being a little harsh with the criticism claiming this is "bad"
