Yes this is my question too. If MWF works the same as everyday then why bother taking everyday. I am still confused about the half life though, not sure why it varies from 7 hours to 48 hours depending on which site you are looking at

My hair stabilised but I reckon I still lost few. My crown had the most improvement after taking finasteride. I am just curious if people had the same level of effectiveness with varying amount of dosage and routine.

Well cutting isn't a problem as I have one of those pill splitter. But my doctor told me finasteride has a long half life so no need to take everyday. But looking at different topics I get the feeling they don't and most places recommend taking everyday! I am worried about side effects if I start taking everyday although I haven't had any side effects taking it every other day for the last three years

Just wondering your thoughts on 1mg everyday vs 1.25mg MWF. Have you guys had any good or bad experience with such dosage and frequencies? Currently I am taking 1.25mg MWF

Just got a reply from Dr Bhatti, he reckons 275 beard graft to hide my FUT scar. Sounds hard to achieve.

Hi All, So I had a FUT in Australia with moderate success. But it obviously left a scar which below buzz cut 3.5 is visible. Now I am thinking about FUE to improve density and body/beard grafts on FUT scar so that I can use buzz cut 2 on the side. Everyone tells me not to get any HT done in Australia, closest they recommend is Dr Bhatti, so I did contact him, but his response seem to be very short. At first he suggested SMP on FUT then beard graft, also he reckon he can extract 3000 FUE grafts. I need some advice here guys, my main goal is to hide my FUT scar with body hair, and get bit more density on top. Dr Bhatti seems to be the cheapest highly recommended surgeon, of-course there are many in the US but they are nearly as expensive as local aussie surgeons. What should I do here? Has anybody done BHT on FUT scar? And the success? Many thanks

This is interesting. I had my first HT with Knudsen, he does FUT which is something I shouldn't have done. Now I am trying to get my scar repaired with Body Hair so that I can go as low as number 2 buzz cut on the side. Also I want a FUE done with at-least 1500 graft to boost my hair density. Now I have mixed feelings about Knudsen, I don't think it's the worst but it ain't the best either. So I am considering Dr Bhatti. It looks very reasonably priced, he does FUT scar repair with body hair and he does FUE. Any comment would be appreciated.

Thanks guys, I have already had a FUT, I am looking at scalp repair right now so that I can buzz cut to number 2. Then I might do a FUE later. Should I first go with SMP on my scar? Or do a BHT to repair scar?
