  1. Do you think you have now stabilised your loss since being on Fin for a year? If you want decent and still affordable then why not consider Dr Bicer or Dr Turan/Dr Gur. If you need to save more then so be it, doesn’t look like you need a massive amount of grafts.
  2. The Norwood 6 pattern is very clear, without meds it seems you’re predisposition is to keep losing hair at a accelerated rate. With such a level of loss already then it’s more than likely you will continue to lose ground. So what remains on top and even the sides “could” drop. From what I can see though you don’t yet have usual dipping in the crown area that’s usually evident in Norwood 7s. Proceed with extreme caution here, a lifetime of chasing the loss, a lot of time money and effort for a uncertain outcome. I would try the usual shaving it off, it suits some people (definitely not all) and with a good Beard can be a great look. Even if you chose some of the most elite Drs i think they would strongly suggest Fin in your case before even considering a HT. Think about this, if you was to continue to lose ground (very Likely) and you thin out your donor area and now have additional scars to contend with, FUE or FUT, maybe both.. you may end up wishing for your unscarred scalp back.. It depends on your goals and expectations, consult with only the very best choices though ! Spend time looking through the higher Norwood levels here and see what you can realistically achieve.
  3. Yeh I haven’t really found anything that will totally help, only allieve to a certain degree. 🫤
  4. Not many Drs/Clinics are doing FUT these days, infact the numbers are dropping as each year passes. If you do find someone who is still performing it’s mostly going to be someone in the US. Yes Dr K might still do it on occasion, but I don’t believe Dr Bicer has done a FUT for quite some time, FUT scar revision yes. H&W, Dr Bloxham, Hattingen always spring to mind when mentioning FUT, and some other Drs are occasionally doing combo Hts FUT/FUE at the same time ! Dr Bisanga and Medispa for example. Some Drs in Europe are achieving some very impressive results using FUE alone, Dr Zarev , @Dr. Felipe Pittella, Fuegenix, Eugenix, Heitmann @DrTBarghouthijust for some more examples. Beard grafts are used much more often now to boost FUE results (If needed) So it’s more than viable to get a very good amount of grafts and negate the need for a linear scar.
  5. I can totally sympathise with you here, i have the same issue. It’s been difficult in treating it at times, finding what works and what doesn’t…
  6. Could just be my device, but I found the music a little more than background 😬 Love the update though 👍🏽👍🏽
  7. What a fantastic write up ! Very detailed account 👍🏽 The work looks impeccable, and the donor extraction looks superb. Yet another Eugenix thread to follow 🤣
  8. Dr Bicer or Eugenix are definitely good options, You could consider HDC ? The rep is @Doron Harati. Most of the European options are more than your current budget, although Dr Ximena Vila (Spain) was around €2.50 per graft last time I checked. Dr Demirsoy has decent results on the whole, but some are average or poor if you look hard enough. Dr Turan + Dr Gur are putting out good work and they are also more than affordable.
  9. It’s common for shedding to happen during that time frame, they will not go straight in to the growth stage afterwards, it’s more like a “resting phase” they will appear again within a few months 👍🏽
  10. No delay, the new grafts can take weeks to shed, or some might give the impression they are growing, where in fact they are just being pushed out the scalp. Nothing to worry about at all, new grafts won’t even start to grow for most people until at least month 4, early growth can appear from month 3 onwards, but this is not happening for most people. What you’re experiencing is totally normal 👍🏽
  11. Really nice 👌 Thanks for checking back in ! For such a early stage this is superb 🤩
  12. Thanks for the link @DrTBarghouthiI have added you on Instagram 👍🏽
  13. Definitely a great result considering your previous level of loss. Now it will be a case of finding the “sweet spot” where the hair illusion is at its best…
  14. It’s entirely you’re choice not to take Fin, I don’t either and quite a few members here don’t. But be prepared for chasing the loss, even higher Norwood's can get benefits from using Fin, strengthening the donor area/maintaining current hair, not as common is people seeing improvements.. What age are you ? Can we see any pics ?
  15. Considering he’s doing around 1500 grafts per session, yeh this is expensive.. especially for people needing a higher amount…
  16. Was that in his new clinic ? IE recently ? How many grafts/hairs were you aiming for ? Be interesting to know.. 🙏👍🏽
  17. The Drs/Clinics i mentioned all have many years worth of results to sift through. Dr Farjo has long been forum recommended, so was Dr Reddy. Dr Arshad was added not that long ago, and at £3 per graft probably one of the cheaper options here, but for me the consistency in results isn’t there for him. Dr Reddy did charge by the hair, he now has a new clinic open. Not sure what happened but BHR (Dr Bisanga) was due to open a clinic here in the Uk, shame that hasn’t materialised. It’s a real shame you can’t travel to Europe as there are some really good options in Spain, Belgium + Portugal.
  18. 👍🏽 March 2020 is when you started? As I said earlier In the thread I didn’t think you needed a ht, not at all surprised to hear the Dr say this 😀🙏
  19. Dr Raja seems to be doing some good work, a few results here on the forum, beginning to get traction on most of the forums. Look through the results of all the others, Dr Farjo, Dr Reddy, Dr Ball and Dr Arshad. See who’s work you prefer, and who appears to be the most consistent/reliable.
  20. If it’s is up to 2 per day then even better, I will have to look and see who said it was that he was doing up to 3 per day. As I said myself yes Dr Lorenzo is up to 4 a day, Freitas is up to 3 a day, H+W is up to 4 a day. I have absolutely no issue with any of these, or how many Dr Couto is doing.
  21. Yeh it’s totally up to the individual choosing, but it’s very case dependent as I mentioned. Say it was the OP wanting a low amount of grafts as he mentioned, that could be included in a Dr doing 2 sessions a day no problem. We are talking some excellent/Elite Drs here, it’s a far cry from a hair mill doing as many patients per day as possible. As a average most top Drs/Clinics are doing 1-2 patients per day.
