  1. FYI,

Skylar and T-Type have been banned from posting on our forum because both accounts share an IP with former member BUSA who was also banned. Based on their posting activity, they are clearly the same person.

Happy to hear that David I noticed that might be the case. The attacks on respected doctors made little sense. Thank You to the mods for doing their best to try and keep us safe from situations like this.

  2. No need to explain my friend. I finally had a procedure two months ago and I don't want to go through the monthly ups and downs of posting. I appreciate all of those that do it's just not me. Life is more than hair. Seeing past pictures I would not call your result a failure by any means but I understand if you are let down and not happy. Please do not beat yourself up over this. You are a good person and deserve better. You still have some time left but I understand what your thinking. Just know there are people here that will always support you .

  3. Posts like these are a reason people should do their research . The information above is ridiculous. The hair line is not too high it's age appropriate. This is a huge improvement. This is a case of a doctor that cares for the long term outlook of a patient and it is a great result. Lowering the hairline too much is the absolute worst thing that can be done for someone with aggressive hair loss. Temples are the absolute last thing to be addressed in a high norwood. This is a good transplant. Poor advise. Transplants are supply and demand nothing else. If you have the donor you may be able to have a good procedure. Great result .

  4. I mean no disrespect to doctor vories he does really good work . Dr Cooley is elite on another level. I had an fut procedure with him in July. The experience was amazing and I have never had a better doctor in my life than him. He is a fantastic doctor and even a better person. He got me a lot more grafts than I paid for. He is one of the genuine good people in this field. He really cares for his patients. I searched did consults with a lot of bad doctors until I found him. At two months my scar is pretty much non existent and hair is starting to grow. I could not recommend him more. I did not start a page of my results but I will get the numbers and pictures from them soon and will post. Dr Cooley is a brainiac does so much research testing on improving results for patients. He is a fantastic doctor. I know he changed my life for the better.

  5. Sure, we can pretend its not about girls, and why dont we add a frog, a princess and a fairy godmother to the story while we are at it.

Completely classless post. This is a support forum and these posts are ridiculous. Voxman your hair looks great don't listen to garbage like this.

  6. First of all shill you posted pictures of obama and lied about them. You tried to make it look like he had a strip procedure. This is my personal favorite.Who in their right mind would tell a doctor to rip hair out of one side of their head only to retransplant it back on said head? You need some perspective here. Why are you here? You say you want a procedure then attack people that have had one. Sorry your posts are bs.

  7. Hello, 2789 grafts are not enough to cover frontal and mid scalp area. At least 4000 grafts can give you good coverage for frontal and mid scalp.

2- Your mid scalp area did not have good density and you will have see through effect in this part after transplanted hair growth or need second procedure for same area.

3- As you said your procedure took 17 hours - Normally strip or FUT procedure should be finished within 4 to 5 hours for 2789 grafts.

4- Can you post your before procedure photos as well so that every one here would have clear idea.

You are a troll this is absolutely ridiculous. 4000 is a ridiculous number. 2500 grafts for the front is standard. Sorry real doctors take time and a five hour procedure is a joke.

  8. I would try meds for a year see how you respond. This will make all the difference. You need to see how you respond or if you get side effects. I got sides in the beginning but cut the dose and don't have any now. In my honest opinion more people get sides from the meds than are reported so it's like flipping a coin. You seem to have a diffuse loss pattern headed towards a class 5 or 6. Meds can make a huge difference if you are a good responder.

  9. Not sure why you guys are being demeaning towards OP, I commend him for sharing his experience and possibly helping others from making the same mistake, whether or not he did sufficient research is not the point. OP can you please post some pictures of your results?

Totally agree. Sorry for your bad experience with this doctor tl2. This site is supposed to be about support but it's obvious with several recent posts there are trolls among us. I have noticed several recent attacks on doctors and patients by some of the people above. They give poor informed advice and have never had a procedure themselves so their agenda is moot. The important thing to know is even though you have had a poor experience you can get this fixed. There just aren't a lot of people on here I think that have had an artas procedure most are fut or fue . I do want to say I have had a few really bad experiences with doctors in South Florida . You need to open yourself up to traveling to the best doctor you can find.

  10. Hi Skylar, perhaps you might want to open my thread, kind of contradicts you in a very very big way.

Also I happen to be in the UK, so you a free to see my fantastic result in person of you so wish. There are many more like me who just choose to walk away, move on and enjoy life with their new hair rather than spend any more of their time on forums.

Also, your post is remarkably very similar to another recent poster, maybe you are the same person or maybe you are a lemming, I'll let the forum decide.

I agree with you Shera and thought the same thing. Sounds nearly word for word as the other post you mentioned.
