  1. I get mine through Manual - it's £79 (sterling) per item, which gives 3 months supply. Seems decent?
  2. I had a HT and didn't use any follow-up meds, and had one last year and use Finasteride and Minoxidl and can see the difference after 6 months, wish I did it sooner.
  3. I put it on my scalp but would reconsider popping a pill every day it's easier. Any feedback?
  4. Just my own experience. I had a HT and was decent success but didn't take any meds to hold what I had and am back to where I was 6 years ago and had another one recently. I really regret not doing what I was advised and feel I wasted the previous work. It's up to you, everyone is different, as someone said it depends on how aggressive your hair loss is.
  5. I find it not too bad depending on how little hair you've on top. The hold spray helps too re sports.
  6. This is my second transplant I didn't use anything after the first and I suffered for it. I've had my second transplant and am determined to not make the same mistakes re aftercare. I have finasteride tablets and was wondering is it okay to compliment that with Rogaine also?
  7. I have a similar situation to you, not as back on the back maybe, I'm looking at a cover what you can transplant and then use concealer. When you have decent enough coverage all round I think concealer looks natural and people can't tell.
  8. I know of a few lads went, only paid £1500 and got great transplants from it. They seem to be getting better at it.
  9. I had a poor transplant in Greece a few years ago. My donor area was overharvested. I need another badly, concealer isn't even doing the job anymore. I'm not the front half of my head can be done but second half cant and that's nearly bald. I'm sure I seen someone some can use chest hairs. Is that common and do most do it?
  10. I was speaking to a clinic in Turkey and had planned on doing a shaved FUE but with a new job I can't shave my head so would need the donor only to be shaved. She said a FUE wouldn't get the coverage needed but recommended a DHI implanter procedure. Anyone any clue what this is and is it any good for transplants?
  11. Any updates? Would be a big help as I'm booking one soon enough.
  12. Last update. One year anniversary post. Lesson is totally unshaven is not good enough; at least have the donor done.
  13. In fairness to them they did say that and tried to talk me out of it. One good thing is my Toppix looks natural now I’ve more hair there but unshaven all the way in future.
  14. No problem at all, we're all in the same boat and it helps someone from not going totally unshaven and making the same mistake as me it's worth it.
  15. 11 month update. No real density, unshaven not the way to go basically.
  16. Got a hair cut and better phone so camera is much better. This is a couple of weeks after 10 months, will need some filling in but it's not too bad for an unshaven I suppose.
  17. I agree re the unshaven, but in fairness they warned me about doing it unshaven but I insisted. That's me now in the attached. Would it be in any way feasible to do that in one day's sitting?
  18. My 10 month update. Not getting the density. Let that be a lesson for anyone thinking of going fully unshaven
