since am very worried about finestride, i am considering a hair transplant without it. I would like to hear stories in this case.. a person without finestride and minoxidl .. did his transplant and having success? what are other alternatives that works, if you could share your stories that would help.. am attaching my current hair staus

is it okay not to take fenestride or moniixil after transplant. am worried about the side effect. can my hair still grow without it ? any replacement?

my hair is thin everywhere specially crown. but am curious if i can get transplant in the front section as well. if its not too bold csn i still get transplant everywhere
