Only compliments mate, truth be told 99% of people would not even associate you with a "balding" individual, and i think that's more important than anything else. Perception is amazing, you will always look at others and study their hair, but people who have never lost surely wont be studying yours.

Hey guys, so its been a year i went to thailand, had a nice holiday, but still no transplant. Im going to be be holding off for a little while as much as i would love to get one done tomorrow. I feel it is not such a necessity at this point in time. So i havent cut my hair since i last posted photos nearly a year ago! Not to much has changed i dont think, my hair is really long now, i dont even know if people know im balding as they are always comparing me to people with full heads of hair. And im always getting compliments about my hair, so meh... ill roll with it. Have just ordered some dutusteride and im thinking of taking that either EOD or every third day, either with or without fin on the same day. See how it feels i guess, anyway heres some pictures of a years growth. Ive now been balding for a decade :eek: my grandfather was slick bald by my age now, who can say the meds dont work.

sure, well the thing was. The hairline was to sharp even though he was of oriental appearance. He still had a "shine" to the top of his head, something i thought would diminish with SMP but it didnt. And it was much darker than his original hair, so tbh it stood out like a saw thumb, if he was just naturally bald with a shaved head, i mightn't of looked twice. Just my opinion.

i saw a guy with smp the other day on a bus, i bet he felt embarrassed he looked like a joke.

Considering you haven't to much crown or vertex loss, (from the pictures anyway) have you considered another hair transplant maybe a fue for your frontal part mainly a mature hairline. But i would only recommend this if you are going to stick with the meds long term. You really only have 3 options deal with it, shave ur head, or get a transplant.

i would choose crown for sure (even though i have lost from both anyways lol) having my hairline destroyed at 17 means i havent been able to style my hair for 9 long years. And even worse is if your hairline is like mine and not receded evenly (right side is more than the left) it is a dead give away. A receding hairline definitely makes you look years older, and you cant cover it up with toppik

What i mean by this question is when say a "dr" takes say a fue graft from the side/back of ur head and transplants that elsewhere does it grow with the same density as it did in its original position on ur head? It doesnt lose any thickness or change.

this is hard to take seriously with that photo you have given, perhaps if you are worried about thinning hair trying out some of the available proven treatments first before considering surgery. You hair looks fine :confused:
