  1. I cannot see any photos, it takes me to my profile album page (?).
  2. Nice result! Scar is quite nice blending in the surroundings. Keep the topic fresh with photos
  3. After month and a half of using biotin I saw 50% faster growing in nails. Hair also grows faster, as for the hair-loss control I'll see in a year if something gets worse.
  4. I mentioned it just like you mentioned antic era like you had first experience there and you surely didn't, right? It called a gathering of informations from what you see everyday in books, newspapers, internet, TV, other people's testimonies (like many have on this forum). It doesn't need to go to the antics (which you mentioned) or Asia these days to deduct that 2+2 is 4. Just like many people today support wars in others third countries judging by TV reportage and have literally never been there (offtopic but does matter actually). As for links, OK, nobody says it wasn't there for 'eons' but it surely hasn't been this destructive in mass marketing by hitting you from all over. One or couple of hundred adds then among zillions today does not change the facts.
  5. No problems about disagreeing. I hope that you are not insulted in some way because of Hollywood and it's origin. Just one question, what do you mean by East and 'The Bhagavad Gita' and 'my country'? I am not from India. I live in southeastern Europe.
  6. I was probably mistaken since my English is not native by any mean when tried to explain that, of course, Hollywood is not responsible for MPB but gene (as seen in my post on page 2). But Hollywood is indeed responsible for making us feeling guilty, insecure, feeling depressive (some even suicidal - as you saw some words from a guy from India who sad he would kill himself because of bad hair and massive society rape) because we don't look like Brad Fuck'n Pitt, Johny Depp or some other mediocre actor, singer or a 'celebrity' star. That's what is all about... Bollywood, what's that? A famous Indian actress said few months ago that every actor and actresses is using skin bleaching and because of that a huuuge sale of those chemicals is in that country. Remember Michael Jackson? Offtopic, I know, but that is all related! I remember when I went to a plastic surgeon to see me and my wishes about correcting my nose since I broke it when I was younger. I had troubles breathing and didn't like it since it didn't have a natural look as it suppose to have. Anyway, guy instantly told me a real picture: "Please don't expect a radical change and surely don't force me to give you a nose as a Hollywood star since every man or woman who comes to me brings me photos of celebrities with their noses, breasts, cheeks, eyes etc." That's what to plastic surgeon told me and he was sincere among many others who are not. So, if somebody doesn't accept that fact about "Hollywood evil" after all the facts, I have no problem with it.
  7. Not that I want to point only on Hollywood but in that time it was already a huge corporation with a goal to 'take over the world' with something so new and fresh it looked like an out of the world amusement. Radical changes of the world in the terms of value quality in people are disturbed since then. People cannot distinguish what is natural and what is not - it sure isn't ugly to look bald or with small boobs (women). But since the first boobs of Hollywood tell me how many girls went to boob job? Millions. Before that? Surely not millions. It's like in every sphere of something that is deliberately put in front of your nose. If something bad is repeated 1000 times it will become good.
  8. Of course it does but you shouldn't only quote old testament in your favor. Remember that in old Roman empire, Greece and any other big empire, culture or civilization, bald man were considered more manly, experienced and had bigger status in society. Since the introduction of big corporate magnates in 20th century, a perception of what is good or what is bad got opposite dimension since the Hollywood. Why do you see so many Asians, Indians and other races going crazy on 'white men', bleaching their skin, dying their hair to blonde, plastic surgeries to look more like Caucasian? Because of the old testament? Please It's a corporate crappy marketing which literally ruined the world. I do Photoshop for living and you can't imagine how many people are unaware of pictures that you see everyday in magazines, TV and internet - these are brutally 'raped' or processed in Photoshop to get bigger boobs, better hair, skin like a glass, tan like a Rhyanna etc. And people are taking that with total thrust - like it's natural. Many are convinced that people in those kind of photos are realistic and they naturally look that good. Did people started bleaching their teeth into unnaturally white because of historical influence in antics? No, because of Hollywood. Did people started to wear full suits to work at 40C because of history dilemma? No, ask designers of clothes why their moronic designs made people to wear suits with ties on 40C in the summer and why there's global warming (in part from them) from all those air-conditioners working and heating up the air, spending enormous power electricity... You have to understand that many things have changed from the starting of marketing. A deceiving picture of perfectness is why you, me and all the guys here are now chatting on this forum instead of having normal bald life.
  9. 5 photos from today. Nothing much is happening. I am keeping my 'prison' haircut, suits me well. Redness is still present but less than couple of weeks ago. Some transplanted hairs were brave and started to grow - except that, nothing. Donor area is fine as much as I see, nothing drastic, no holes and scars. I am very eager to see if anything is gonna happen in 2 and a half months from now
  10. Nice change indeed! You really look different and change is subtle with taste. from the front I wouldn't say you had hairloss at all. From the top, of course, looks less density than full but the goal was to cover large area with small amount of grafts. Anyway, not because we had the same doctor, but for 6 months this looks awesome. I am hoping the same
  11. Well the point of every doctor is that the patient looks changes radically after the procedure so I woudn't worry about those things. Look more on google instead of youtube, there are a lot of topics on other pages in German since most patients comes from Turkish descendants from Germany. They have a PR Clemens Weber so you can contact him. Write me a sitemail so I can give you his email if you want. Dr. Erkan does not extract beard so no help there for now.
  12. Sorry, I have just seen few questions I didn't answer. imnothere: Redness is fading now, but still present. If I have to go out somewhere, I use women's concealer in powder (skin tone) and when get back wash my head. It suppress the redness a lot visually so no problems there. Sometimes people ask me what's up with the redness and I answer "allergy". They say "ah, ok" so I found out that's the best answer Nobody asks me anything more. Krnjac: Only few percent of transplanted hair is growing. Nothing much. I don't see any scarring in recipient area. Everything is fine there. Some dead hears still remained in recipient area which are short so these cannot be pulled out by washing hair (because they are short) but when I pinch them out, they get out easy and I can see they were deep inside the skin. I expect all of these to fall off when new hairs push them out toward outside. One thing bothers me, when I started with biotin 5mg, I got several small pimples in donor area and it's itching. I am suspecting of hairs that got stuck under the skin and making small inflammation. Generally donor is quite good, no shedding or holes or anything. I'll post some photos soon
  13. Shedding is done, now I have one or two hairs left on the palm when washing the "hair" AFTER 16 days (for comparison): AFTER 33 days - update: Redness is prominent and I am sure it's gonna be there for at least 2 months since I am white skinned and even when I have a serious pimple with inflammation, I have redness for some time. But it's gonna all blend nice in the summer and in a few months when new hair grows up. Have some redness also on donor (I did a crappy self-trimming so have some uneven shades). I think it's from biotin, it started to itch a bit when I begun with 5mg per day. So that's about it, I'll update in a month
  14. Of course, I will write you email and cell phone so we can meet I am in Belgrade, no problems to meet Thanks!
  15. Yeah, I wrote a HUGE review here http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/172919-dr-erkan-demirsoy-istanbul-turkey-3138-grafts-november-2013-a.html Thanks for asking!
  16. That's very good to hear, send us photos in a couple of weeks
  17. I don't see any artifacts of shock-loss nor any kind of problem. Looks just fine, if I see your hair in daily life, I wouldn't say that you have any kind of problem.
  18. Thanks , I will put photos in a week when it's going to be exactly one month. For now shedding is somewhere 70-80%, some hairs remained, some are penetrating from the skin and can be seen like black dots. Redness is still present but this is something that everybody have after the procedure. My biotin 5mg (5000 micrograms) just arrived today so I am expecting results in hair growth and to control my seborrheic dermatitis since biotin is a good weapon against it
  19. Yeeeeeeyyy give us the photos now now now!!! Great, so there were no traces of hair, just skin and hairs just grow from skin? Great to know what to expect in next several months. Did you use finasteride, minoxidil??
  20. Wow, cool, can you write your thread with pictures and some viewing about the procedure? It would be best to write in Hair Restoration Results Posted by Patients - Forum By and for Hair Loss Patients PM me later!
  21. Oh yes, your profile has to be reviewed by moderators and then you can send and receive PM..same thing I was in.
