    Cobblestoning are the result of poor technique, it mainly occurs when skin disc on the graft is too large and often placed just above the skin surface

    Stop worrying unnecessarily, your grafts are perfectly secured after two weeks. Different clinics have different opinion regarding buzzing your hair, some clinics advise to wait for 6 months while some are ok even after two weeks. Factually your Grafts are anchored and are safe after two weeks so a buzz cut won't damage your grafts.

    Obviously yes, wait for few more years. Don't rush into HT now. MPB is quite unpredictable, hence better wait till you turn thirty and then explore your option. In the meantime, continue your medications and keep monitoring your hair
