Patient’s information - 28 YO Asian male with mild receding hair line and sparse eyebrow since birth. He was looking for the eyebrow transplantation. - Previous treatment: He had one eyebrow tattooing 2-3 years ago. The color fadeed out with time. We performed non shaven long hair FUE to extract scalp hair follicles to implant onto the eyebrow. We design The shape of the eyebrow he desired was as figures. The patient agreed to get the eyebrow done in the same session with hair transplantation. His scalp laxity was moderately stretch. Paul-Mayers Scale was 25% We performed FUT harvesting by open refined technique. All layer’s scalp closure with trichophytic method. The sutures were as figures. We selected the pigmented hair from the central part of the donor ,where we left the hair long, for eyebrow transplantation. Patient’s information - 62 years old (Caucasian) Male with Androgenetic alopecia Class 6. - Previous treatment: He had been taken medication for hair loss for many years and now he would like to discontinue the medicine. He stopped taking Finasteride and Minoxidil 2 years before surgery. He did not realize any change after discontinuing the medicine.
