    This gentlemen came into AHR wanting to restore his hairline and crown. Dr. Arocha performed an FUE procedure and was able to make a previous FUT scar (performed by another Hair Transplant clinic) disappear through transplantation of the follicular units obtained through the FUE harvesting procedure.

    The photo below showcases detail of the artistic enhancement of the hairline. As you will see from the BEFORE photos, the patient needed to restore his temporal areas and the his hairline.

    This young gentleman came to AHR for restoration of the hairline. He was thinning and receding over the past few years. He had a FUT procedure of 2000 FU. The after photos are 1 year post-surgery.

    This gentleman in his 60's came into AHR as a Norwood VI. He had a Combo Procedure of FUT 2181 and FUE 1553 one month later. His after photos were taken a year after his procedure.

    Hi Spanker, Thanks for viewing our post and your question. I had to confer with Dr. Arocha on this one. In a nutshell, a person in his sixties has a similar benefit/risk profile as a person of a younger age. While testosterone does decrease and consequently DHT, there is still enough DHT to be operant on his AGA susceptibility.Finasteride use now has a great benefit in preventing BPH, and even my improve the risk of prostatic ca.     This patient came to Arocha Hair Restoration with AGA Norwood V. Dr. Arocha restored his frontal region. He also used the Capillus Laser Cap to restore his crown area. His after photos are taken 2 years after his surgery. (PS-He had been Propecia for a year and half before treatment)
