The patient is a 60+ year-old gentleman who was diffusely thinning, but developing NW 5/6. He desired to restore as much as possible to the area. He had a 4000+ FUT procedure. The results are from 7 months after his procedure.

Montreal and cardel25, the patient received 2930 grafts into the frontal third area. Remember that the threshold for detection of thinning is 50 percent of hair loss. So this patient after three transplants at another office still was diffusely thin in the frontal area. He wanted to achieve dense and glamorous-looking hair since he works in the industry. Thirty something male who had "pluggy" grafts placed at wrong angles,wrong direction and in the wrong location through a different practice. FUE was employed to remove these unwanted grafts. The grafts recovered were added to those harvested in a FUT session with the total 3016 yield. This patient is very happy with his rejuvenated, natural looking hair restoration at 4+ year post procedure.
