This patient in his early 50's came to Dr. Arocha wanting scalp and eyebrow restoration. He received a 3123 FU hair restoration procedure and an eyebrow enhancement. The after photos were taken four months following his procedure. View the complete album HERE.

Hi all, I have attached some high-resolution photos of this particular patient, which were taken immediately post-op. You will notice that no work was done in his crown. In fact, this is the perfect example of a patient who is taking Propecia. And while Propecia has halted any future progression of hair loss, it has had no effects in terms of re-growing hair in the crown. The work you see is all transplant. This gentleman came to Arocha Hair Restoration when he was in his late 30's. He received a total of 3500 FU's in the hairline, frontal and mid-scalp region. No work was done in the crown, and he currently does not desire work to be done in that area. He is on a medical regimen consisting of Propecia. The after photos were taken one year after his procedure.

Hi Alex713, In the hands of a skilled surgeon, scarring from an FUT procedure can be minimal. Remember that no procedure- FUT or FUE is scarless. I would encourage you to check out this article on the differences between both procedures. In addition, here a link to an album dedicated to donor scars. I'm not trying to change your mind, I'm just trying to give you information. The more you have prior to a procedure- the better! ~Kira -
