Has Dr Konior ever posted any FUE results? I tried searching but couldn't find any.

I would ask for my money back. I would be devastated if someone wasted that many grafts for that kind of result.

Question, do you have any better pre op photos you could share? I know you have a few posted but it's hard to see how much hairloss you had relative to your facial frame as most of the pictures are just close up hairline shots.

Would you mid posting a few more?

Also what did you do post op? Were you able to wear a hat at work or did you just show up and not care?

Wings isn't stating his hairline looks unnatural. I believe he's stating there's mp difference between surg #1 and surg #2. The pic he's posted is with his hair straight up, which isn't the most flattering shot.

We're waiting on better and more recent pics from Wings. Of course we hope that he'll notice a difference but we'll work with him to get him to where we feel he should be.

The hairline comment was my own observation. The pinkish hue at the recipient site and the way the grafts are place just make it look unnatural to me. Obviously this is the exception to your clinics usual great results, although it seems there have been a few posters here lately not satisfied with their result.

I had my surgery on feb 3rd-4th with Dr Ron Shapiro. Unfortunately the results are not what i had been expecting, very disappointed with the Artas. I sent in my year review a couple of weeks ago have yet to hear back from them. I'm sure they are aware of the poor results now that there first trials are coming up on a year. I really wish i could have those graft's back and do it the right way this time. No more Artas for me, just straight FUE by hand. i had 1800 grafts this go round. this was my second procedure with SMG first time around i had 1800 as well. Not really a noticeable difference between the 1st and 2nd procedure results.

Sorry to hear about your predicament. SMG is one of the world leaders in the HT field. I'm honestly shocked seeing your result as SMG usually produces impeccable hairlines but that does not look natural at all. I'm sure SMG will get you straightened around as they are first class but yes I think you have a right to be upset.

GBU do you have any pictures of your final result you could share?

was there ever any updates on this case? the 5 month pics he posted on another website did not look good at all.

How much does head size affect a transplant? What is considered small? Average? large?

I wear a size 7 hat, so would my head be considered small? How would that affect a HT going forward?

Congrats Spanker, you chose well indeed! I found Dr. Konior's work incredibly clean and meticulous. After both my HTs, I went back to work very early and no one ever noticed a thing. It was pretty incredible. I've been thrilled with my HT's from him and I know you will be too. Looking forward to following your results.

Tao any chance we could see some final result pics? I noticed in your blog you have only updated to 7 months post HT #2 and the pics are pretty blurry. Thanks mate!

Another awesome result from h&w. Italians have great donor densities and characteristics it seems.

The temple points are one of the most ignored parts of a HT but are the one thing that can really tie everything together. Another great result from H&W.

Shuffle's is right up there, as is london lad. Would love to see updates on both. There's also two 4200 graph cases from Dr Hasson that are very very very good as well.

Honestly, if I saw you on the street I would think your hair looks weird. Not sure if everyone else really think it "looks good" or is lying but I don't think it looks natural at all. Sorry to be debbie downer but I think we need to be more real here instead of lying and patting everyone on the back. Fact is some people just aren't HT candidates, or get bad hair transplants. I think this one looks weird just my opinion. Not trying to be mean just honest.
