  1. Spot on Spanker! With this amount of thinning he could have used the upper range that Dr. Arocha recommended, but what is really cool is that he is able to use smaller amounts to max benefit of his patient.
  2. This gentleman at 40 was showing progressive thinning of his hair with significant receding of the hair line. Working in the health care system, he found us after long and in depth research. He came in looking for our artistic hair line work, as he was afraid of having a transplant look obvious and unnatural. Dr. Arocha performed a 3545 FUT procedure. The after photos are 11 months out.
  3. This is another example of how even a small procedure can dramatically improve one's appearance. Mick is correct "a little in the right hands can do a lot."
  4. Thanks guys for your input. We really appreciate your taking the time to view and comment!
  5. 35 year old norwood III patient came in wanting to restore and thicken frontal hairline. Dr. Arocha recommended 3000 FU procedure, but the patient elected to do 2000 FU to start. These results are 11/2 years after the procedure and show an artistic hairline restoration that is as natural as nature itself.
  6. Hey BrainFried, Wow! What a great result this early. Keep in mind that in the before pictures your hair was dry and the after pictures are wet, yet your hair looks full and natural. You have every right to be excited, and hopefully you will keep us posted. Regards, Richard11
  7. Thanks Bill those are some very good points. Dr. Arocha is in quite a few "top five lists." These lists vary amongst the different members of the community. You can check more about it here:Bernardino A. Arocha, M.D., ABHRS Hair Transplant Surgeon in Houston, Texas For a different perspective from another angle, one can Google hair transplant reviews in either Houston or Dallas to learn what actual patients who have gone through the procedure have to say. Hope this helps, Richard11
  8. MusoInOz, Thanks for taking the time to view our results and for the enthusiastic response!
  9. Amazing what a few grafts in the right hands can do. Kudos to Dr. True and team.
  10. Future_HT_Doc, I appreciate you sharing your perspective of the matter. Your example is exactly why we use watermarks in order to prevent this from happening. Thank you bringing light to this issue. Richard11
  11. Thanks Louise. Big improvement indeed. We will do our best to keeping you guys updated for sure.
  12. Thanks everyone for the kind remarks, the patient is definitely thrilled with his results, and of course we are right there with him!
  13. Dutch - Thanks for sharing your enthusiasm and taking the time to comment, much appreciated my friend! -Richard11
  14. 39 yo man with male pattern hair loss wanted to have a mega-session to restore the framing of his face, he had a 4056 FUT procedure. The after photos are taken 5+ months after his procedure. He is very content with his much rejuvenated look.
  15. Hi Corvettester, We implement the watermark on our photos in order to protect our work. I appreciate you taking the time to comment, and look forward to hearing more from you in the future. Take care, Richard11
  16. Thanks to orangehair, Future_HT_Doc, and Mick from Farjo for all the positive comments. We really appreciate you taking the time to view our results. Orangehair Dr. Arocha always does recommend the use of a medical regimen if they are not already on it.
  17. Thanks RCWest, Taking The Plunge, and Ken1967 for taking the time to view our results and post. We appreciate all the positive comments!
  18. Mick, Very nice result, specially since in the after photo the hair appears to be wet.
  19. 31 yo with NW 6 with residual forelock, wanted to restore as much as possible in his first session. We performed a 4251 FUT procedure. The after photos are taken 71/2 months after his transplant. total 4251: H1 595 H2 1955 H3 1700
  20. Mercury, This patient was not bald, but certainly diffusely thin in the hairline and frontal third area. The slides that show how thin best are number 5,7, and 9. He is ecstatic about his thick and amazing looking hair. I am jealous! LOL.
  21. This is a gentleman in his late thirties wanting to restore his significant frontal-temporal recessions to enhance the framing of his face in a natural way. An excellent candidate because of the thick donor available, he achieved very early growth. In the recent post procedure update at about 2 years, he is showing his fully-grown out result.
  22. The hairs aren't as long as the rest of her hair at 6 months, and if you look closely, you will see shorter hairs sprouting out. They definitely are filling in the thin area very nicely though, making it virtually undetectable. Again, the patient is thrilled!
